Today, I needed to obtain a phone number. After comparing all of the possibilities, I decided for 2degrees. I would like to thank the young lady who was really helpful and friendly.
I can definitely recommend this branch!
Came in and asked the overweight Indian lady named Aman for help on how to get a top up. She was extremely arrogant.
“Don’t you know how to top up your phone? ” Kept on saying I should figure it out by myself.
When I told her I am new to NZ and need help she told me to go back to my country!
The young blonde boy, Dylan who also worked there saw how I was being treated and came to help top up my phone.
He was extremely polite, professional and understanding. He deserves a promotion and they need to fire that woman from the store. 5 stars for him.
But this is a bad look for NZ if this is the treatment overseas visitors get.
I called in to get my Sim card swapped to my new phone. They were very busy but happily helped me out with a smile.
Absolute worst customer service. Had an issue & this Asian lady called Wen and her Indian co-worker at 4pm on the 30th April 2023 were extremely unhelpful. They were extremely rude and did not try to do anything to help us. Wen did not speak one word and did not even look into our issue & try resolve it. The Indian guy just sat there watching the whole time & once he saw we were getting annoyed he finally decided to speak but he too did not even care to listen and just was annoyed. Please fire them immediately & get better people for customer service
Very poor customer service. I wanted to get information on mobile packages for my wife and myself and offers available for buying a new phone but they simply said no deals for existing customers and dismissed me. Poor attitude and very rude. They were not even bothered to ask for our requirements or even talk to us. Definitely switching to a different service provider.

Went in to upgrade my phone and was helped by Martin, he was fantastic, answered all my questions and was so helpful!
I needed help answering a mobile related question to a sales consultant in store where the contact centre wasn't of any help.
Even though they become very busy but they are very helpful. You can ask pretty much anything about telecommunication stuff, and they will try to give you the best possible ways to try.
The most hedious management by this store. On Friday evening, when the store is supposed to open for a longer period of time, there are only 2 CSOs on the counter. I had to wait for more than 1 hour to get sorted. That seems to be the worst management any store could have.

Awesome time at the movies, in the private library; 15 of us had it to ourselves & the kids loved it too!
I think they need more staff members. Expect to wait for a long time before you can get some help. Don’t go there if they are busy as one customer might take at least 30-40 minutes. Free coffee machines are available, but no staff will mention it to you.
If you want for dinner tonight and I will send it to the supermarket chain and logistics and transportation of the day before yesterday
Bought a s21 ultra yesterday it got over heating issues literally burnt my finger so went back to return spent 50 minutes standing and showing how hot it gets and the guy says my manager isnt here so i we will discuss tomorrow and let you know. And got a call this morning saying manager checked it and he found no problem so we are sending it to samsung technician. Which I feel absolute strange according to 2 degree customer is lier and one of worst managers I have seen across. I'm with 2 degree from 6 years now looking options to opt out. Never back again.
Very nice and big mall. Great food court as well. However parking is very expensive, even if you get the free 2 hours parking. Basically you don't want to stay more than 2 hours which is a bit silly for such a big mall
Amazing stuff and everything is exciting as they have all the different kinds of phones and the new sets are available as well as soon as it gets launched in nz. The staff is very helpful and will provide you with the best possible experience for your needs. Happy with your business
Fancy new store on Level 4 of the new mall (Farmers side) good friendly services from staff Ken. They were quick to answer my phone call from start of the day which resulted in my purchase the store. The branch manager was also friendly. The new store is much better than the one that used to situate on the Main road which was noisy and dusty. Keep up the great work guys.
Brought a $30 pre plan with 2.5gb data, 300 minutes of voice, free texts and 2 hours of free data for one month. I made one 30 second call to a local landline and 14 short local text messages. I received a one minute incoming call from another NZ mobile. I used 2.4mb data in the 2 days I have had the plan and now they shut me off and want MORE money. Stayed on hold for 55 minutes and could not get anyone to answer. This company is a total scam to get your credit card. Buyer beware
