Because of a mix-up I got myself into over two kinds of small white pills I consulted a 3Kings Pharmacist lady who generously gave me
tons of her valuable time to get things completely sorted for me. She could not have been more patient or kinder than she was, so patiently getting me sorted out. A truly memorable experience for me.

I find the pharmacist and staff here very rude and the prices for non prescription items an absolute daylight robbery. The pharmacist doesn't even care if there are customers waiting ages for their orders to be fulfilled she would rather carry on with absolutely frivolous conversations with select customers. Really sad state of affairs but fear not the Royal oak Mall and Stoddard Rd pharmacies are both awesome at customer service and at being polite to everyone regardless of race, colour or creed and very fast too. In fact one will notice that the 3 Kings pharmacy is extremely quiet business wise, one wonders why.

Went there to pick up my mother in law prescription, this was my first visit from this pharmacy, and it's my last visit also, Longgggg waiting, it's discussing to wait that long to pick up the prescription, by reading others complaint here, which mostly is about waiting time, you guys need to realize its time to change, whatever it's your system, is NOT WORKING, that's, why you have many, complaint about waiting time.  these days there are other options like Zoom Pharmacy, which people can submit their prescription online, and receive their medicine free of cost delivery to their home, so if you guys do not upgrade your service,  you will be out of business soon, take my advise seriously.

Went there to get some waterproof plasters for my wound and staff was very rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain my situation. I double checked with the other staff whether the plasters were waterproof as there wasn’t any words showing on the package, and she confirmed it was! So I used it to cover my wound before shower. After shower I found out my open wound was covered by a soapy plaster! It WASN’T waterproof at all! What an ‘amazing customer service’ they provided there!

Disappointed AGAIN!

very unprofessional pharmacist, they had a long personal chat with each other,  while I went there to pick up mu husband medications, very long wait, while there was no any other patient there except me.

Better go to stoddard road Lockington pharmacy to get prescription than this 3kings pharmacy. I waited for 45mins for my prescription. When I got the prescription, the lady didn't even explain how I should take them. All other pharmacies, they explain to customers how they suppose to take the prescriptions. I had been there twice now, one pharmacist is not nice at all, named Margaret. Another pharmacist even older, she's so slow. It's fine if just pay your bills there, they are agent of nz post now. Made me wait 20 minutes to process my photos and then said I can come later because the male chemist had other priorities. Very disappointed

Lovely service esp the chemists - would have been 5 stars, but Lydia could make improvements to provide lovely service to ALL kinds that come through.

Probably better to have your post sorted elsewhere, either they are untrained or whatever.the pharmacy staff charged me $13.70 for box 1 to South Island when it cost $4.
Not impressed

Wonderful helpful staff, not to mention is open later than most pharmacies which is a bonus! We had an issue with one of our scripts and they kindly did the leg work to contact the hospital to get it sorted so that we don't have to return a second time.

Quick approach from the staff and she found everything for shoulder pain and muscle knots in a very short time.
