I ordered a PyroFire from these guys and paid in full. Three weeks later I chased them up about the order and it turns out my order had not been placed with PyroFire, despite them saying they had ordered it immediately. Three days after they eventually placed the order, they went bust and the receivers are saying I will not recover any of the $5k I paid, let alone the permit and installation costs. Bunch of cowboys.

We are really disappointed with the fulfilment of our order from 4 seasons of the Caldena sofa set. We bought our sectional sofa set from 4 seasons paying a deposit on the 12 of November 2022 thinking that we would be able to enjoy Christmas with the set. We then told in December that there were delay in shipments and they would likely arrive after Christmas which was disappointing but understandable. We were then informed again of further delays that the set would arrive only in February 2023. In February we were asked to pay for the final deposit and that the set had arrived in the warehouse ready to be despatched to us (through their fulfilment team, Fliway). Disappointed by the delays, but relieved to finally have our set, we did so. But the furniture never arrived. We were supplied with a tracking number that doesn't work. We reached out numerous time to their different customer service officers, multiple times - Tiana, Callum, Elliot (I'm naming them here to show how many people we've actually spoken to and how we've been passed around) and yet no progress has been made. I was finally told this week by Elliot that there was a slight damage on one of the boxes but internally the product is fine and that they would be in touch with me within the next 2 days for delivery (sending me a link to select a delivery option). Again, that assurance never came through. I am faced with having to call again, but I am demanding a rebate/discount for missing our entire summer which we could have enjoyed if we went with a different furniture company. Deeply disappointing!

I should've read the reviews here before purchasing. Now, I know why they have 1 star reviews.

Helpful instore staff and pretty good selection of most of the items listed on their website. Clear communication on timing for our outdoor furniture arrival and costs to have it delivered. Good selection of barbeques onsite for anyone looking.

Based on our experience my advice is DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Our outdoor sofa was delivered damaged twice. The customer service has been terrible - poor communication, broken promises, zero care. The parent company Retail Links has some kind of system going where it's impossible to find out who's in charge and if they don't want to answer your question, they simply ignore you. Six weeks since purchase we finally have a functioning sofa, but we still have their broken property in our garage with no communication on when it's going to be collected. The time and energy we've spent trying to get what we paid for has been unbelievable. Don't give them your money!

The broil king bbqs are fantastic, but the customer service is shocking. I bought a bbq in January which included a free cover. After the bbq didnt arrive and I had to call them multiple times it was eventually delivered without a cover. Fast forward 8 months and I am still waiting for the cover for my bbq to arrive, and they appear have stopped responding to my attempts to get in contact. Avoid this outfit if you want good service.

Rining around to urgently purchase Simple Silver whilst in Akl this was the only place of 5 that answered my call. Staff was friendly, informative and I was able to quickly drive and get my much needed purchase!

To the manager of 4 seasons. I would like to acknowledge one of your employees called Sue who works at 4 seasons Wairau Park. Has gone above and beyond to help me with my cushion saga, calling me to update me on what's happening and letting me know she hasn't forgotten about me and still working on finding right size/colour cushions after my dog kindly chewed 2 of them up as dog toys ‍️. Sue your customer service has been incredible. Thankyou!

I bought a spa on November from these guys, had few issues from the day I purchased, requested for a maintenance person to fix it, its been 7 months now, I haven't seen such hopeless customer support anywhere in Auckland.

Awesome people, bought a spa, it had a recall, but the team at Wairau were super helpful and facilitated the exchange for a smaller spa that is just perfect. So happy with our Capella model, and thanks to Ryan and Vijay.

What can I say. I brought a Broil King BBQ many years ago (best decision I ever have made) from 4 Seasons Wairau Park. Ordered replacement parts but was stumped how to change the burner. Without delay Sue offered to come out and change for me. Job completed.
Broil King BBQ ready to go for another 20 years.

We have been in the store In Wairau Valley last Thursday and asked for a quote for a spa pool. We found 2 different Spa pools we where fancy of. So I got 2 different quotes. The cheaper one will be delivered in May and the more expensive one we can have right now. Then we asked for the delivery cost and Thomas, the sales person told us it's free delivery to the door step. If we like to have the Spa pool set up we need to pay app. $ 500.00. After we made the decision at home I sent him an email telling him we like to have the more expensive one because we like to have the Spa pool right now. It would be a purchase for over $ 9,000.00. I received an email back telling me we have to pay another $ 500.00 for the delivery. I question this $ 500.00, telling him that he promised the delivery to the door step for free. His respond was: only for the other Spa (the cheaper one) we didn't choose. What a joke. After I told him no wonder the bad reviews and I will add to the bad reviews he came back with an apologies he can deliver free house but we have to wait until mid May. ANOTHER JOKE. NEVER AGAIN

Very helpful staff for initial purchase but after sales has been awful. Branch Manager Stephen Kelly doesn't have the decency to call, return emails etc. If you expect good customer services following a sale, avoid and go to a reputable store.

We purchased a spa pool on September 5th last year. It finally got delivered yesterday.
Do not ever count on four seasons being proactive in letting you know about delays. We chased them for most information. After other peoples comments regarding delays. Delays throughout covid times are inevitable. Lack of communication is inexcusable.
The new store manager Sue has been more helpful than anyone else.
We would never recommend this store.

I have received very poor after sales customer service at this store. I had an issue with mismatched cushions with my new Outdoor setting. They do not return phone calls or emails. Not once did the so called manager Stephen contact me directly to rectify my problem. After many calls to the North shore store, where apparently no one was available, I spoke to Sue who was very helpful and put me onto their head office. Unlike North shore store they were very helpful. I suggest you avoid this store and order online. Won't go back!

Recently purchased a new King Broil Monarch after receiving some very helpful and informative advice from Lee. Really happy with the purchase, the team were great and I feel confident knowing I can call on them for any help or advice i need in the future for my BBQ'ing needs. Highly recommend 4 Seasons Wairau

We recently brought an Aquila Galaxy Spa from Lee at your North Shore store. We found Lee really helpful and knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each spa and the chemical vs silver options. We also appreciated him answering our questions following delivery and installation of our spa. I would definitely recommend talking to Lee if you are considering a Galaxy spa. One tip to pass on is if you get the free cover lifter make sure you install this before you fill your spa.

We made $5000+ purchase at Wairau branch and experienced the worst customer service ever!: (

On 19th July we bought a BBQ, a bar table set and an outdoor sofa set. BBQ & bar set were meant to arrive on 21st July so my husband worked from home waiting for it. No one turned up on the day so he had to organise another day of remote working to receive the order. The next day, delivery guys broke the bar table while doing the job. Mistakes can happen but the way 4 Seasons dealt with the situation was not acceptable.

After a few days, we called the branch thinking that they would have been working out a solution with the delivery company in the meantime. Not really. During the next 2 weeks, my husband called them 7 times to follow up and always had the same answer: "We are still looking for a solution with the delivery company, we promise to call you back". We bought from 4 Seasons and not from their delivery contractor so why should we wait for their contention to be resolved? But above all why 4 Seasons never call back when they say so?

Tired of being ignored, I called back last Thursday to tell them that I can’t wait any more and want a refund. Again I was told to wait for their call in the afternoon. Eventually, someone else called me back saying the similar bar table can be delivered the following week. Please, this is not what I asked. On top of that it looks like the branch has an internal communication issue that affects their customer service.

Finally, we received the refund of the bar set. However, 4 Seasons hasn't refund us the delivery fee. To sum up: I lost heaps of time and energy chasing the branch and they want me to pay $160 for a BBQ in a box that was delivered to my place alongside with the broken table. If you wouldn't have offered me to got the BBQ delivered together with the bar set I would have put it in my SUV. Plus your Broil King promo package includes free delivery according to your website which led us specifically to go to your store. So I really don't understand why I should pay for that.

Although the delivery company made a mistake, we got angry because of 4 Seasons totally unprofessional customer service. This whole experience was a nightmare and we got no single apology from your team. It really feels unfair for you to charge a $160 delivery fee considering this unpleasant situation and the promotion on your website. Please refund us the delivery fees, please train your staff to call customers back when they said they would, please treat your customers better.

We bought a spa and wood fire from 4 Seasons and are about to buy some outdoor heaters. Lee was really helpful, explained the pros and cons of the different options and gave us some really competitive pricing. Our wood fire has just been installed. The install team were great, very tidy and explained how to use and maintain the fire before they left. Our spa is due to be delivered next week and they have been very good at working with us to coordinate the delivery details etc. Lee and the other staff have also been very quick to respond to my emails.
