Good team, failed my wof but couldn't ask for better. I've had a lot of industry experience and happily recommend these guys.
They did work required to get WOF, got home & 5 minutes later get call, they'd over charged me. How many these days are honest enough to do that? Even stronger recommendation now.

Great super fast friendly service. The car battery we needed retails for over $400 at other suppliers.at Superior we paid just over $300 which is a fantastic savings.

Good service, good customer relations, all round really good, can’t complain about the actually quality of the place. Only issue is price. Seems very expensive for what was done and I got a large sheet with a lot of additional work needed to be complete, a lot of money to spend for all that was on the sheet of paper. More value than the car itself. So got a second opinion from a different credited service centre and I’ll just keep what all they said confidential apart from the fact that I was over quoted. It’s business, I get it, but I’m also just a regular person making normal wages, I don’t want to spend 2 years paying off repairs that might have not been necessary and if they were, cost me an arm and a leg. But like I said, they are good quality service provider. So no complaints about quality of work. Also they lent me a courtesy vehicle while they were doing the service, so I could at least still get to work. 4 star for quality.

Wow! Super fast and efficient. Needed my Aircon fixed and expected to be told they’re too busy come in a week. But to my surprise, they say “come now” and fixed my heating within the hour! Now my teenager can stop complaining about how we’ll freeze come winter. Thanks heaps SAS.

Dealing with Superior Automotive has been a stressful and regretful experience. My car went in for a simple job, spotlight bulbs and bumpstop. Eleven days later it was ready to pick up. Someone dinged it while it was being worked on, which I understand (accidents happen).
But I dropped it in on a Friday, on Tuesday I was told I could pick it up but the damage hadn't been repaired.
I asked how long would it take if I left it there. I was told later in the week so I left it. I rang on the Friday and was told it would be ready on Monday. On Monday I was told it would be Tuesday. So on Monday my wife picked up their courtesy car and on the way home, got a phone call saying car is ready.
Now I could handle this but whoever I spoke to denies saying it would be ready later in the week.
Add to that the expensive invoice$594.55
$157.50 in labour to change 2 spotlight bulbs (5min job)

I asked this workshop to check and quote the fees to fix my car's misfire and AC problems. It quoted $650 for the misfire, and $2000-3000 for the AC. I told them I don't need to fix the AC then as my car only worth around $6000. The guy still charged me $200 for checking the AC problem although I didn't use their service on that. I paid $867 in total ($650 for misfire + $217 for checking the AC). I understood you don't work free for any work of my car, but same as someone mentioned in another review, I do appreciate if you would let me know you gonna charge me $217 for merely checking the AC beforehand, so that I could decide on whether I need your checking or not. The "checking cost" that you claimed can be expensive as few thousands. Do we have to accept anyway? As you only inform us the cost of checking afterwards.

Besides, they left some parts (4 plastic black lids) in the cup holder of my car when I went collect the car. They belongs to somewhere under the hood. What a service! Luckily I noticed them before I started driving.
