Always reliable and you can trust them - notifications got messed up and I took my vehicle in for a WOF & service 3 months before it was due, got a call that I don’t need to get that work done now. They’re not out to fleece you, just good people doing good work.

So good! After being mucked around by mechanics in the past (because I know nothing about cars and put my trust in the professionals) I’m super impressed with the service from Bruce and the team at A1. Efficient drop off and pick up, courtesy car loaned to me for no extra cost, and my car is fully serviced, repaired and ready for the road again! Not a complete rip off either. Highly recommend

Quality, professional, friendly service. From the time we booked our service, to when we picked up our car. Bruce is great to deal with, and spent time with us explaining how A1 go about their work. I highly recommend Amanda, Rory and the team at A1 Automotive, I was very apprehensive taking my vehicle to a new workshop for repairs, right from the first call from Amanda, to dropping my vehicle off, to Rory calling and explaining what repairs were required, to collecting and paying, it was all seemlessly easy and in Level 3 restrictions no less, Friendly, Honest, trustworthy, reliable.
I will be sending my vehicles to A1 Automotive for all and any repairs in the future.

They are the only mechanics my husband and I use. Very honest and reliable service. They keep to their quotes and are a really friendly team.

They were amazing to deal with a couple of years ago, and seemed great while I had a mechanical warranty, but all of a sudden they stopped following through on anything they said they would do. I was a loyal customer for nearly 4 years, but disappointingly over the last year they've gotten increasingly unreliable. The quality of their workmanship seems fine, but their admin is letting them down.
