Great service provided by A1, they offered urgent on the phone advise after hours and sent out someone the following morning to sort out the situation who was very capable at getting the job done and provided an excellent service. I would definitely recommend to anyone they go above and beyond:)

GARAGE DOOR SPRING WAS BROKEN.
THE OWNER TURNED UP WITHIN HOUR AND FIX THE DOOR. HE DIDN'T GET UPSET FOR DOING EXTRA JOB, LIKE GRINDING THE TOUGH BOLT AND ROD.
HE EVEN MADE CALL TO HIS FRIEND TO FIND OUT WHY MERLIN GARAGE DOOR GATEWAY UNIT WASN'T WORKING WITH 2DEGREES MODEM.

My garage door jammed open when getting home in the middle of the night- I contacted several places who claimed 24/7 service- all mucked me around or didn’t answer.
So glad I came across A1- Rowan and John were both so easy to deal with! Great communication, fast service, highly knowledgeable- they had organised a staff member, arrived, and had the issue resolved within an hour of me picking up the phone

I had one garage door fixed and the other replaced. Don't ask! These guys also helped me fix the Merlin garage door opener too. Highly recommend dealing with this company.

We had the garage door springs replaced and the door serviced 6 months ago. No problems and the service was punctual. Present day we notice the door is crooked and hanging lower on one side. Contacted A1 and they had it rectified the very next day under warranty. You would expect this, but all to often businesses don't stand behind their work, so well done A1. You will continue to receive my business and recommendation.

Really happy with the service I received from A1 Garage Doors! I needed a garage door repair and was really happy with the price and great customer service. I was so happy I ended up getting a new garage door sorted for my rental property that I had been putting off. Couldn't be happier!
