Quick and professional WOFs. I used to go to VTNZ but they take far too long and the wait is ridiculous.

Steven and co.does a very good job, been seeing them for years now. Reasonable price with quality service.

I have own a plumbing company and have been taking my vehicles to Steven for many years, Steven is very good at his job, very reasonable and honest. I recommend this company to anyone needing a mechanic.

I have always taken my vehicles to this place for yearly WOFs. They are welcoming and accommodating. The car is certified at a lower ride height and he is very patient and helpful, carefully getting me onto the hoist for inspection. Thanks again mate and I appreciate your time.

The owner of this place was very rude and impolite. He refused to pass my car for WoF because I had the rear door's child lock on. I tried to explain that there is no problem with the door, and even showed him that the door can be opened by the driver but not the passenger due to child key, but he insisted that this was incorrect, and the door should be always opening by the passenger from inside. What made the situation awfully bad is that the guy was talking to me in a very rude and impolite way. He then left me while I was talking with him and went on to do work for another customer, as if I were not there. That other customer was watching our discussion from far, then they both started whispering in their language and looking at me. At some point, that workshop owner waved by hand asking me to leave and take my car away. I have been a regular customer at this workshop for several years, but I did not know that the owner is such an arrogant and offensive person. Never coming back.

These Chinese mechanics are always ready to service your vehicle and do the job well. Conveniently located behind the exit from the motorway to Tristam Ave, I often go there to do my WOF check ups. They have the regular service, tyre service and repair options available. Lounge seating is available while your vehicle is worked on.

Not great service from A1 after dropping car off for WOF Saturday morning with plenty of petrol & no flashing lights for warning of gas getting low & even if there is I know there's still over 10k left. Picked it up & drove across the road to Mitre 10 but car was out of gas so was not a happy customer! Left me wondering where my car has been in the 2 hours it took for the WOF?

I have been using this place for 9years, he is the most honest man I know, I can trust that he is fair in prices, ontime, never had any problems with his repair work

Stephen is just an excellent engineer who knows how to look after the vehicle and their owners.

Asian owner-operator. Steven has always given me great service and advice. He is thorough and helpful. I have taken my cars to him for several years and highly recommend him to other car owners. You wait while he does your warrant, and he tries to oblige if you are in a hurry - although this is not always possible. A +

I have been taking my car to A! Motor Services for the last 7 years and they have always been so accommodating and helpful. Their place is kept clean and it is a pleasure to go there.

Poor customer service. I called early in the morning to check that I could bring my car in, they told me to come down at 1pm. When I get there at 1pm on the dot they so no we are two busy. I said that I had called ahead, and he said oh yea, but someone else turned up two minutes ago so they went with them, to bad for me. Super annoying, they obviously have too many customers, and don't need you.

Absolutely useless, first time they told me my van has so much rust it will never get a wof again, so I sold it cheap, later I found out it was only surface rust and it went straight through a VTNZ wof. Next visit with a different vehicle, before they do the check they test drive and say brakes are no good (which I just had serviced) took elsewhere and had brakes checked, NO issues. These guys are picky, incompetent and downright dishonest. Fcuk them! I will never go back there.

If I could give these chimps a negative star rating, I would. Will tell you something is wrong when there isn't, what else can I say?

The best service and price ever! This place is the best for oil and filter change. Steven Hu did such an amazing job.he was very pleasant and friendly and the workshop itself is very clean and tidy. Top class you will not find better. I highly recommend!

I go there for WOF and I like the fact you don't have to wait for too long, and the prices are good. So overall I'm happy customer. I think communication could have been better, as sometimes I don't understand the mechanic.

I went to this guy for an oil change with my "Penrite Full Synthetic - 10w-40,6 Litre bottle"

My car oil capacity is 4litre and he suppose to give me remaining 2 litre back however i just got less than 500ml back.
Also i was surprised to see the newly changed oil seems darker as earlier

I think he was not aware that i gave him 6litre of oil.so No trust on this guy
