AA Auto Centre Henderson

The staff are polite and explains well what service are they doing and updated me via text message once my car is done. The place is tidy but no lounge to sit on if you prefer waiting inside.

I had my car serviced here. It was quick and efficient. The team are knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks guys

Not sure I can trust this outfit. Went to get a WOF and was quoted over 1k to fix what they said had made it fail. Took it to VTNZ who passed it. It really does pay to shop around.

I would 100% recommend going to the team at AA Henderson! They took my car in yesterday and everything was taken care of by the next morning. Everyone that we talked to was super friendly and helpful, will definitely be going back in the future if my car needs sorting out again:)

Let’s just say Autolife insurance has ended their relationship with this workshop as a result of the questionable workmanship between Nov-Feb on my vehicle. Nearly $6000 later & im without a vehicle, out of pocket & still confused about how I was given my car back 2x in this period (supposedly fixed) only for it to be towed and taken back …. Still not fixed. 1 star because ZERO wasn’t an option

Had my car serviced. Ended up only half full of oil and no power steering fuild. Came out worst than it went in. Will never be going back. They put my familys life at risk and will never trust them again

Took my vehicle in for a service and I was very happy with the level of customer service I received. The staff took the time to explain the different types of services available and made recommendations on which one they believed was fitting for my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back when my vehicle is due for its next service.

You do need to book ahead, as they are super busy, but the service is excellent at a good price.

Edit Dec 2022: I went back again today, and once again the service was top notch, from the minute I walked in the door, to getting back my keys. I mentioned a problem, and after the mechanic had a look, he called me with options. I appreciated that. There is seating, a lovely AC, and delicious complimentary hot drinks for those waiting.

All the staff were friendly. I feel like I had an honest assessment and repair of my vehicle. It did take a bit of planning and everything was contactless under lockdown. I'll definitely make this my regular service centre

Took my daughter's car to get service brought home was leaking from the sump plug.took it back then charged me for a new sump bolt got it home was still leaking now the car is still with them? Then they trying to say cause there is a little damage to the sump.that is a scrape not a dent.

Speedy service friendly staff they keep u up to date with you're vehicle inspection quality and reasonable pricing.local to mall while u wait.

Excellent and prompt service. Vince, the manager, did a great job at explaining to me the issues with my car, what needed to be done, and checking in with me before doing additional necessary fixes.

Just want to start by saying I highly rate the team at AA Henderson! I took my car in for a Service and also WOF, initially the WOF failed on some very minor things. The guys took the initiative to reach out to another company who gifted them the required parts and they were able to slap a WOF on my car at no extra cost. Truly went above and beyond what was required and as a result I left with a freshly serviced car and a passed WOF. Could not be happier. Will be back every time!

Good and prompt service, I would definitely recommend over other places. Does a through job. Tells you what needs repairing and how much it will cost.

I have been a customer here for years (lost count) and I always get a good service. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. The service this time was super quick so I could get back to work sooner which was great. I was called to advise how the service was going and what needed doing including costs so I could make an informed decision. And they contact me every year to book which makes my life so much easier. I will be back!

I am extremely happy with the way and work that had been done on my car, can't fault their work at short notice. Thank you all, have a merry Christmas and Happy New year
