AA Auto Centre Manukau

Took my car for a WOF was competed promptly and ad i am not mechanical at all I asked them to check fluid levels etc and also pumped up tyres. Very pleasant and professional in thes trying times.

With covid in place, they have been doing quite well with distancing, getting customers served and the line up of customers is not bad, but it also depends on peak times. Make sure to keep your day free when visiting, sometimes waiting time fluctuates.

Best place to get your servicing/wof and repairs done, you can also get free coffee while you wait.

Took my car here (Manukau) for a platinum service with an add on engin flush.
Service was quick (2 hours) and i got a call to advise that i would need to replace my air filter and did i want to do that today. It was only $45 so i agreed.
All up it was $327 which is so cheap! (Small % as i am a member) compared to Australia, which i paid over $1000 for my last service when living there!
They even cleaned the inside of my car! Carpet and glass too! Was not expecting this bonus!

People do not know how to spell people's names properly and need to make sure there details are correct as there places for both AA stores need to be correct instead of mixed up which number is which? This is confusing keep calling and messaging the Auto Centre and that's not good when im trying to ring the licensing store! Please correct my name online here too!

The guy on service, at the desk, was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us to decide and get our issue solved fast and properly. Thank you!

Ive been here twice this month with differentcars both times have experianced proffesional efficient polite service, and great communication. The prices were great too. Got to recomend AA Manukau well done.

AA in Manukau is Very good AA in Auckland. Don't go to AA mount roskill.almost All of staff not friendly and too rude. Especially from nehi nehi.so terrible.

I have used AA for a while now and have been extremely happy with the service both with the receptionist and the team.
Having had a full service every 10.000km my car has been running very well.
Only this time my car literally ran out of oil over the weekend and my 10.000km is not due for some time.
My engine light is now on so I hope there's no damage been done.
Looking at their job sheet from last service, no oil was checked or replaced.
Isn't that part of the full service?
I'll be calling them this morning.

Was my first time ever getting my car serviced & the team here was of great help (Thank you)! Receptionist is so nice & helpful and the work done to my car is exceptional! They contact you about any extra payments you may need for your car which is great as there is no hidden costs & their price is reasonable! 10/10

Highly highly recommend to anyone looking to take their car for a service or WOF.
Their prices are fair and reasonable. I’ve taken my cat to other places to service and they didn’t even do it properly which cost me more in the long run to fix. So I took my car here and they a thorough job. They also have handy wifi if you’re waiting around for your car. Denny’s is right next door and KFC is just a short walk from this place which is quite handy if you’re feeling hungry.

The team rescued our weekend by giving us an immediate turn-around on a couple new tyres and a wheel alignment. Couldn't have asked for better service.

These guys are fabulous. Rang mondaM morning with car trouble an we are traveling with caravan. They fitted me in an I was good to go the following day with new wheel bearing. Thanks Lewis an team. Friendly and obliging.

My car was taken in for a warrant and service on Friday 3rd January, come to find out through my sister who was picking up my car that my warrant failed because of my “illegal tints” (never had a issue with them prior to this with other companies).
I call them, get told I need to take off my tints before bringing the car back and then spoke to Nilesh who didn’t do the warrant but could tell I was frustrated, suggested that I go to a tint place to get proof that my tints were the correct percentage and bring that back.
Return on Saturday after talking to the tint people who could easily tell and tested the tints which were 35% and I’m greeted by a rude Manager who was of no help even when I repeatedly told him “my tints were legal”, “call and speak to the tint guy”, “come with me to the tint place”, he didn’t want to help. I asked him what I was supposed to do and he literally told me that I need to drive around Auckland until I can get written proof of the percentage of the tints. I had, had enough of him so I asked him to come look at the windows again and show me how much darker my tints are then what is allowed. He comes out to scratch on my back windows which are the windows the car was built with, no tints on them at all and then just stared at the front windows with nothing to say to me, whispering to another guy that does warrants “it’s fine” and walks away.
Would expect alittle better customer service from the manager of the place instead of attitude even when I wasn’t in the wrong.

Very good service! I was unfortunately too late for my appointment and quite stressed because I was selling my car that day, still they let me come through and fixed my car on time and actually much faster then expected. Awesome, thank you so much!

This AA service center is quite excellent with their service.
Especially their receptionist.
The car service is done less than one hour.
And pair that with amazing customer service.
This place is really good.
Keep it up.

I'm disappointed with this Manukau branch. The serviceman wasn't able to get my number plate lights to work. Instead of returning everything back into its place, he didn't bother to put the screws back to hold the lights in. Also didn't bother to connect the lights wires. Think he also removed my boot door interior cover and again did not replace it properly. On top of that lost a plug for that cover to hold it in tightly. If he did such shoddy work in this area, makes me wonder how bad his work was on servicing my vehicle. Will not return to them.

A friendly team who completed my service in a quick time. Was advised of a couple of issues with my car along with a price to correct these issues and this was completed quickly as well.
Would definitely recommend the Manukau team.

I have really only one concern and it's when a minor replacement or repair is needed on the car that is really unnecessary, the workshop manager almost insists that you should purchase it for the betterment of the vehicle, however, and it appears that he's has an ulterior motive, whilel they may be generating more income for that particular AA Centre, for the authorities that he reports to, you feel slightly distrusting and suspicious. The impression I had was one of a backyard mechanic, extracting as much money as possible from an unsuspecting victim. This is only my opinion but a few others I know, have a same mindset that have used the service

A business I frequent on a regular basis when it comes to having our vehicles serviced. Such a happy bunch of guys in the workshop and a friendly smile to greet you at reception.
