100% recommended. We were hesitant spending so much money, but they provided fast & knowledgeable communication both through phone and email and seem to have delivered the solar, battery, and inverter upgrades with a high standard of quality. Initially over email we did get the impression that all would be finished within the same day, but unfortunately at arrival we heard it would take two days. Luckily we were allowed to stay in our vehicle overnight on their property. The final invoice was within 2% of the initial quote. We also appreciated the ‘sweet’ surprise

Got a 25watter on my lifeguard tower to charge the slowmo camera batteries, absolute 10/10 experience.

Had an issue with batteries in motor home from a previous installation, unfortunately the companies I had used had sold so had no come back. We got in touch with AA Solar and dealt with Rahul who organised the repair for us. He went out of his way to help us and replaced batteries at a reduced cost. Edward did the work and explained everything in terms we could understand, the workmanship was outstanding and we are extremely happy with the result, would highly recommend AA Solar for any Caravan or Motorhome work. Thanks guys will spread the word down in the Hawke’s Bay, definitely worth the drive.

We were very pleased with the prompt response, on a Sunday morning, by AA Solar to analyse a problem with our 12 volt system cutting out randomly. Edgar subsequently fixed the fault and checked the system out so that it now functions as it should. The Owner assured us that they are available 24/7 by phone to advise on any issues. I called in search of advice as this company sells the same equipment that I have. Because I didn’t buy from them that just told me to go away. Terrible people who just want your money. Read the reviews. When something goes wrong, they’re all denial and terrible customer service. I was going to buy from them as my setup requires expansion but now I’ll never buy from them. I strongly suggest that you don’t buy from them either. There are plenty of other place that are run by nice people. Not just vultures wanting your money then leaving you to rot. Run away!

I found AA Solar very helpful when it came to commissioning my system. They gave me all the support and guidance to enable the Solar System to run smoothly. They are easy to communicate with. I recommend them as the company of choice when it comes to solar related products.

Bought a 4Kw hybrid inverter from AASolar, well priced for what you get in this package and was shipped promptly arriving to my delivery address early. What I was not happy with is the after sales support when I queried an issue with PV charging and first question asked was this installed by a registered electrician, as this was not they denied ANY support based on the good old health and safety excuse. So anyone thinking of purchasing solar and wants to DIY with AASolar i would recommend you stay away from these guys as the after sales support is poor and full of excuses as per response to my feedback.

Great system got 40 amp controller 2x 220 watt panels and 200 ah lithium battery and 500 watt inverter got tons of power very happy no more powered sites thanks guys.

Wow awesome service and hospitality from everyone at A A Solar in the last few days while getting new solar panels, batteries, and an inverter installed. I was getting good design & technical services from AA Solar for my recent trailer home building. It was reasonably priced and customed to suit my budget & power requirements. I will surely go back for the next project.

These guys let me order a solar panel from them online with knowing that they didnt have any in stock until next year. They didnt contact me to let me know I had to contact them to find out where it was. I asked for credit and they havent come to the party after telling me I would see one the next day. Its almost a month and nothing. Dont buy from theses guys.

I had great information and service from AA Solar on having a solar panel fitted to my Motorhome, plus a 12v USB charging point and reversing camera. After receiving the quote from Rob, I booked in and the work was completed in a day, where I was able to work remotely on my lap top from their staff room facilities. I felt the staff were very knowledgeable, informative, professional and friendly. I have no hesitation recommending their service.
