Went twice to get a matching paint for our personal Ellerlise property. Stephen and another guy both said they will do the matching of our given wall sample but heard nothing after 2 visits and 2 calls and 1 email to their stupid normal info email address. We had deadline to get the paint to the painter. Had to use another provider to match it same day for us.
Sample of the wall give ln but heard nothing. They didn't realize I was a developers building around 8 to 10 houses a year using Aalto paijt now. I will stay away from your store even builder tries to only ask to buy from Aalto. Your brand is remembered well in my mind for not to use. Useless guys there. I have switched over to Alto paint a superior product, and staff are so knowledgeable, the staff with 10 - 15 years experience, so they can easy trouble shot most questions with reliable answers. Talk to Matt, Stephan, Amon or David.
Great team. Great products and very well priced.

You have come a long way, made paint to be cost effective and the quality punches above the weight of the other big brands.

Note to roofers - the roof paint beats everything by far good pricing and far more quantity than the other big brands

Directions were straightforward and easy to follow.
Staff at Aalto Paint were helpful and friendly, everything I needed was ready and waiting for me to pick up.

Great paint. Staff training is appalling.only deal with Matt or Todd.they seem to only want to deal with tradesmen someone needs to change the way company can change the culture. Then the business would flourish

This place is bloody great,
The paint is awesome and not over priced like it use to be, Aalto have really upped their game with paint quality over the last few years.
The staff here a really knowledgeable and happy to help, they are welcoming here, offering hot or cold drinks and snacks while you wait for paint to be mixed.

I'm a professional painter of 43 yrs experience and used another brand of paint for many years. A customer asked me to use Aalto paint because she liked their colours. That was 5yrs ago and I haven't used any other brand since. Their paint has a very high quality and is very nice to apply with great colour range
