I recently emailed ABC about my gripes at having to "fight"to get the Quilton toilet roll operational. However, more important than my complaint is the response elicited and I want to say I was mightily impressed by Janice Gounder's reply and I look forward, in a few month's from now (it will take
me that long to get to the bottom of my fairly large stock), to gaining quick access to the roll! Brian White
