​I recently had the pleasure of purchasing products for 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and 2 laundries with ABI interiors - I couldn't be happier with the results. Really like there products ordered a few things but found out they would suit the set up we had after a few emails back and fourth wasn’t getting anywhere due to miscommunication on both parts but a phone call from them sorted this issue out. Customer service is good and they take the time to try help thanks.

We placed an order for 3 bathrooms from ABI. The showers and taps etc were fine but the shower trap is unsuitable for use in New Zealand. After enquiring we found out this is a common problem and it isn’t possible to create a water tight seal. We called ABI and the contact centre were essentially useless, despite speaking to multiple people no one knew what they were talking about. A manager from Queensland agreed to pick up the product as it was faulty and unusable however when we tried to arrange this the next managers we spoke to refused to honour this agreement. We wanted to place another order with them but as the customer service is so appalling we have decided to take our business elsewhere.

Beautiful products and friendly staff to deal with. Our order arrived quickly and was exactly as we had imagined. The Dana Round shower head is my absolute favourite!

I went with the brushed brass door handles and tap wear. I am super happy with the quality. It has really changed the look in my home. I love it. I can’t wait to do my bathrooms soon and have picked everything already on the ABI Wishlist?

After lots of deliberation we decided to use ABI Interiors for all of our tapware for our new house. Our order arrived very quickly and was well packaged including all our basins and tapware. The quality is great and we found the price very reasonable when comparing to other brands and options. We haven't yet installed them but we are very much looking forward to seeing them all fitted in our new house! Thank you ABI Interiors for providing such a great product to the New Zealand market!

Absolutely terrible experience. They sent me a tap, which I had fitted. The plumber advised that it was faulty (the same issue that he had with his). Having spoken to ABI, they acknowledged that it was a known issue with the product - why they are still selling the product, is crazy. Now they won't pick up our calls or email. They're avoiding us in their Australia centre - I thought I was dealing with a NZ company

We have used ABI tapware for our new ensuite and are so impressed with the quality that we are now replacing the tapware in our existing bathroom and kitchen with it. The cross taps are lovely and heavy.

Purchased tap, mixer and handbasin from ABI - choice was perfect and price point (for similar items) was really great. Only part of my order was in stock which arrived really quickly (within 7 days) the balance was on back order until August, communication was great and even with COVID delays the final part of the order (Basin) arrived in a timely fashion - I cannot wait to install

ABI Interiors have provided us with not only 5/5 in service but the product is just what we thought it would be - stunning. Our experience with ABI has been fantastic with their quick replies to any quires, double checking we have all that's needed required in our cart for our new house build. They way they have marketed their brand is professional as is their product. Although we have not installed any of the items yet so I can't comment on functionality, I am confident we have invested in top of the line products. 100% impressed and would recommend.
