Would not recommend this company to anyone. Steve quotes and uses cowboy contractors to do the work. Our cowboy left the rook open and exposed after he knocked off early on a Friday afternoon. We had torrential rain over the weekend where water poured into our roof cavity. The workmanship was also poor, he left underlay in between laps of the sheeting, overtightened screws that broke washers and initially laid the sheeting crooked. They left tools and rubbish on the roof. Old underlay was left scattered around the property. After all of this we were made to pay the premium price they demand

We had Accredited Roofing back to fix another part of our roof and were concerned about the recent cyclone. No leaks at all came through. Thanks to Steve and his team for an awesome job.

I just had a full roof replacement completed by Accredited Roofing and I’m very pleased. Vanessa was the star, she was great to communicate with and was incredibly helpful in all aspects. She fit me in, knowing that I was on a tight schedule and organised everything. The roof itself suits its purposes for my home, though I wish there were some other designs. However, the installation lasted all of three days, and with all the rain over the last week, I’ve had a great opportunity to try it out successfully.

Accredited Roofing came and saw our roof which due to heavy rainfall and wind last March, made water come down the wall of our room. They quoted to repair and we accepted. They said it needed new tiles along the baseline. When it was finished I questioned whether what they had done would stop the problem. I was assured it would and we would have no more trouble. But in November the same problem occurred, heavy rain and wind drove in rain the exact same way in the same area. Steve did come and look and said we would need a water proof covering underneath the tiles. He said he would send us a quote. But nothing has come through. I have emailed Vanessa a few times and the last time she said she had reminded Steve about this and he would phone us. The next day I texted him saying to get in touch, but he is ignoring us - for whatever reason. Which is strange as we got on ok the times we have met.
So I am now very unhappy and feel very let down and would not recommend this company.

We got Accredited roofing to install a CF tile over our existing asbestos roof. During the install our garden and lawn got covered with bits of metal roof and their lunch rubbish. This was left and not picked up till I went round weeks after completion of the project. After they had finished the roof there was a leak in our dining room ceiling that we asked to be fixed, this got fixed after they checked the old sky light and we were able to wait for some rain. For a project that cost close to 30k we expected a bit better communication as there were long wait times where we had to keep following up.

We had our roof booked in with Accredited Roofing, then we had a leak, Steve and his guys came much earlier than planned, they did a great job putting on the new tiles, the guys were hard working (3 days of rain), if we had a question they were more than happy to explain, they were polite and very helpful, did a great clean up afterwards and did a great job, a real big thank you to all at Accredited Roofing & Coating.

My Decramastic tile roof was wearing out. There was a bit of rust in some of the tiles too. Accredited Roof coatings took care of the tiles that needed repair and the entire roof was resurfaced. My roof is looking like it's brand new! Thanks for the great job Accredited Roof Coatings

We used Accredited Roofing to do the new roof and spouting on our customers home. The boys were great to deal with and worked well alongside the other trades on site to get the job done in time for the sign off. The organisation of the job and finer details was sorted out by the office ladies who were really knowledgeable and on to it. Id definitely be getting them in again for our future projects.

I'm really unhappy for what they have done to my roof, 5 years ago, they have treated Moss, Clean, Replace tiles, Re-mortar and point all hips & Ridge tiles and basecoat, Highbuild resin and high performance colour Glaze Resin), i trusted them, didn't watch them to do the jobs and didn't check after they finish as they seem to have high reviews and have a 10 years guarantee.until last year, when i cleaned gutter by myself, i found many coating of my concrete tiles peeling, so i emailed your company, hope could have someone come to have a look.instead sent someone, you just told me moss clean due, colour wont peel.last week, one of my roof tile dropped of from top of my ridge, so i contacted with your company again to see whether its within 10 year guarantee, i got the answer no, and need to pay few hundred dollars to put that piece back.i think it's too expensive for me especial this covid 19 year, so i contacted with few other companies, i got few roof expert came to check the roof, all of them mentioned very thin coating and many peeled off, both side ridge tile hasnt been fixed and mortar well, mortar should not under the tile, should cover the edge.it's really upset deal with them
