Work was done punctually and to a very high standard. Very competitive prices also charging considerably less than many other businesses.

Good price and quick service, however the automotive tape they used to secure the windscreen during removal/installation removed an approx 20mm x 150mm section of clearcoat from the roof of my car. They refused to offer a discount, refund, or to pay for repairs to the paint work. The technician claimed that it was due to poor workmanship on a prior repair, and as they used a high quality tape, they are not responsible for the damage caused.

Great service from the team here, went for a coffee at Bunnings and they rang me when my car wad ready.

Well I was pleasantly greeted.made welcome. The Techincian explained clearly what the options were. Got to work promptly. Very satisfied.

I own that car and was the person who attended the original glass install. So you are mistaken there. When the side mirror glass was originally installed, I was not informed there would be any difference between the two side mirrors and as tape was covering It initially which had to be left on for a while I did not notice the difference initially. A phone call was made to auto glass representative who advised they need us to bring the car in to take a look. 45 minute drive to your premises. I don't mind paying extra for a solution otherwise we would not have come all the way to you. When we arrived the customer service received was on the rude side.

So you can have your 1 star and we can go elsewhere for business in future.

Very rude staff, he didn't even clarify the problems very well. We wanted to solve the problems but we were very shocked about that staff's behaviour. We felt like he just wanted us to leave instead of solving the problems. We were very polite to the staffs and no any argument happened. He said he doesn't even care about the $50, which I think it's not the way he should treat his customer. What you should do is to think about how to provide a good service to your customer and apologise instead of blaming your customer. We have the right to change the rate, but at this stage, still 1 star.

The best. This company is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Twice now they have done what I was told was impossible: that is remove my windscreens from 2 of my vehicles without breaking them. Well done. This company is my first and only choice for windscreen removal.
