Driver in van JWR24 pushed in and cut me off in spectacular fashion today - not the best look in a company branded vehicle. If the simplest of driving standards can't be upheld, doesn't give you much hope for business dealings.

From the outset, you were very helpful Paul – in answering both mine and Crockers (the Bodycorp’s) questions and concerns.
You kept the communication open and went so far as to convey our wishes and your work details to Leon, the Building Manager.
You assured all parties of: the timeframe for the work involved, the minimum disruption and noise, along with the installation dates and costs. You delivered perfectly!

Paul, your staff (and the electricians) were really professional to deal with. They were friendly and communicated well with several staff in the Office - ensuring the best outcome for all concerned.
The job was done swiftly, with minimum noise and disruption.

On both days – after each days work, the affected areas were cleaned thoroughly.

With accompanying fully qualified tradesmen, full Health & Safety qualifications and Insurance – I would certainly recommend your company, for any future installs.

We had Paul's team on site early and they were so professional from the second they arrived on site. The workmanship was neat and tidy, very little disruption and you would never have known they were here with how clean the house was left!

We've just had our air conditioning unit serviced and are very pleased with the work. ACE air conditioning arrived on time, took their shoes off, were polite, tidied up after themselves. Thank you very much. Excellent job.

I've had a mixed experience with these guys, but mainly very positive. When folks come out to service my unit they are always very friendly and accommodating. They communicate with me well and take their shoes off before coming inside (always a winner). I also get a month to pay the invoice, which I have to say is helpful - it means I can get them out immediately if there is an issue and when you are trying to warm a house with a baby in, that's important.

Last winter (or the one before?) I asked them to come out and quote me to upgrade the unit to one that didn't freeze when it got really cold. We had a big conversation about it, and then they didn't come. I never heard back. There was also some emails that went unanswered. That was over a year ago now though, I'm still dealing with them and the guys who come out are still really lovely and helpful. So overall I do rate Ace air Conditioning.

Excellent advice and quality workmanship. We are very pleased with the installation of our central ducted heat pump and we highly recommend ACE air conditioning to anyone wanting a quality system. There is a wait time because they are very busy but the reason they are busy is because they are really great at their jobs. From the very outset we have been treated really well. We got 4 quotes and accepted ACE air conditioning because they were the only company that would provide a detailed breakdown of exactly what we were going to get. We got a customised ducted heat pump - grilles and return were custom made and coloured. All of the tradesmen that worked on our house were very polite and courteous, they tidied up after themselves and took their shoes off. Thanks to Reon and the team you did a great job, we are very happy with our new system.

Knew what the issue was (burnt out fan) they came out to tell me this and charged rather than fixing

I engaged ACE to install 4 units in my 4th floor apartment, the condenser unit to go on the roof of the 7 storey building. The team, lead by Paul were excellent. Ash and Randy did the main installation. They were professional, polite, considerate and knew what they were doing. I was staggered that they managed to do the installation with virtually no damage to my internal linings. The whole installation took 4 days. Highly recommend.

Very dissapointed with the service received. Waited almost 5 weeks for the job to be completed, kept blaming the suppliers for not sending the parts and had to email nearly every day to see when the job will be completed.
