Action Direct Physiotherapy and Acupuncture

Have been here twice - once for shoulder and once for a lumbar sprain. Physio knows his stuff - my shoulder came right after a few treatments. Lumbar sprain I used acupuncture for the first time, and it gave me some amazing insight into the source of my pain as well as reducing the severity of pain.

Only got temporary symptomatic relief. No permanent results.

Very pleased with rehabilitation of 13-year old's foot/ankle which was previously misdiagnosed. It means he can carry on with his high intensity sport rather than taking it easy as was suggested by others. Couldn't speak highly enough of this result.
