Booked in advance to have 4 tyres replaced. I waited two hours to have it done and upon returning I was told they only had 3 tyres in stock. No apology and a complete waste of time due to incompetence. Would not recommend.

I am very disappointed by and angry about Action Tyres & Autos. The service was slow, the staff was rude and my wheel logo was missed during the service, but they said there was no wheel logo on my wheel.
When they knew I am a Jew. They used Arabic slurs to insult me.
How can such a business be so Anti-Semitic and running in the neighbourhood?

I went to this workshop with a flat tyre today. I planned to change a new one. The boss checked the old tyre and put it back with no charge. Good man. Highly recommend.

Went in for WOF and service - the team there are great. Car is running smoothly again. Would recommend.

These guys are friendly and always ready to help. Very good prices and even do mechanical repairs. A+

Have used Action Tyres for years truly the best tyre shop on the North Shore, have had well over 200 cars done here over the years and I can't think of a time there was any trouble, truly great service, had my partners car done recently full set of tyres and a wheel allingnment my partner mentioned how nice the whole experience was even made shure she got out on to the road safely what a champion truly 5 star rating is not enough.

I regularly do service for my car here. Yesterday I went there to jumpstart my car. One of the employee started asking for $150 to borrow there jump start cable. At the first he started saying he can’t help me and after my beg he said he will charge $150 which I don’t able to pay him. I got ready pay $150 as well if he can help me out. So last he said talk to my manager but I won’t help you.

My point is if he don’t wanna help he can clearly say no to the customer instead of making fun of the customer. I can assume based on this why always some other expense comes out when they do WOF and service my car.

I would not recommend to any of friend. You will never know when their employee will cheat you.

I went for a WOF recently with these guys and it was an Awesome Experience.
They present a Clean, Tidy, Professional & Efficient workshop. Which is always a good start.
I just rocked up & they booked me in the Same Day!
A cool bunch of people, who were nothing but Friendly, Helpful.
& they clearly have a Great depth of knowledge of their business & industry.
They were also very understanding when an issue arose (Totally the Fault of / an input error by NZTA staff!) meaning I had to come back the next day to get the WOF confirmed on the system, & the sticker attached.

It's Really Hard to find this Level of Service these days. So when I / you do - Honour & Applaud it. FIVE Stars!

Great shop, have been using these guys for my work trucks and personal car for awhile now. Always friendly, helpful, fast and a great group of employees. Would highly recommend these guys for all your car mechanical needs.

I was going to this workshop from last 3 years, but the new manager in this company definitely loosing the customers. He has no sense to talk, telling me 'go find other mechanic' I'll mate and would never come back to you again. This is New Zealand so act like you are in New Zealand.

Such a terrible customer service. Few weeks ago, I visit for new tires and owner of this shop was very rude. He thought he knows everything. He was trying to charge more for bad quality tires. I asked do you have any good quality one I don't mind to pay extra and he keep saying that's the best quality I sell, no one in Auckland have these kinda tyres

When I said no I don't want to get it done by today then he start arguing and immediately gets angry for no reason.

Althought, questioning me that why I don't want it today. I said its my wish and he made a angry face. Never going to this place again. Poor employees, who working under this arrogant man.

If you really car about your car then do not come here.
If you only want cheap tyres and quick service then come here.
Too much psi in my tyres when I got them.
One of the workers was very rough when trying to get my car into reverse.
When I was taking my wheels off my car for some work the nuts were done up way too tight. I had to stomp on my wrench with all my weight just too loosten it because my DeWalt impact driver could not get them off.

8/10 stars for quick and cheap service
3/10 stars for caring for your vehicle

The guy was polite at first. But after I refuse to polish my head light and change my windshield wiper. He suddenly very angry and rude. He said my WOF was expired, and I should be fined $200 when I parked my car on the street. I felt I was been threatened, I said it was lockdown, I have nowhere to do WOF and I was not using my car. He didn't listen and shout something and left.

Don't let these guys near you're car. If you don't know much about cars these guys will make money off you. Cheaper isn't better in this case. Get multiple quotes before allowing them to do the work. And make sure it's done right. Will not be taking any further business here. And the guy is pretty rude aswell.

Terrible service. The service man was rude - treats seniors poorly. He yelled at my dad (68) and was very unhelpful.

Got a 20nzd quote for puncture repair but got charged 30. When questioned this, got told that I heard it wrong. The wheel was quite dirty too, could have been simply wiped. Not recommended, or at least make sure you get a quote on paper and be prepared to deal with rude staff.

I applaud Nazar as the most honest person I have met in a long time! I dropped my wallet here while I walked by, didn't have a clue where it could have been. Nazar came to our house to return it personally after work! Nothing was missing, everything as it should be, and I had a hefty amount of cash in there too. Lovely person, couldn't thank him enough. Hope your business prospers and I will definitely be there next time for my car.

Replaced and balanced the tyre quickly and even did some bonus things like unbenting edge of metal touched kerb stone and securing plastic cap with plastic tights. Also gave free recommendations for passing upcoming WOF. Only thing I didn't like they overinflated rear tyres (250 instead of 200) - but this is something really quick to check and fix myself.
