Fantastic service from Viv Sheldon.

I was referred to Viv for an injury sustained on my knee and she has got me back up and running in the space of 5 weeks. No issues or pain at all. Cannot recommend her enough. 5 stars!

Awesome people to deal with. Really informative and positive about getting me back on track. I have used these guys for a number of years on and off and they really know their stuff. Easy parking next door and a great location.
The PhysiApp is a great tool for recovery and easy to use. Thanks to Lily and the team @ Active +

I started attending Active Physio Albany seven years ago and I have had excellent service ever since. I attend the Pilates and Yoga classes every week and when my family or I need physiotherapy, there is slways a superbly educated and caring member of the staff to help us recover. I have also had the benefit of wonderful post breast cancer therapy at Active Physio Albany. Thank you Stephanie and your amazing team of professionals for helping me heal, grow strong and keep striving to be the best that I can be.

Absolutely fantastic clinic. They diagnosed my issues quicker than my GP! Wonderful staff who know their stuff, Patrice and Katie helped me from a slumped over, can't hardly walk guy to being able to go for decent walks without pain. Would recommend this clinic to anyone!

I have previously had Physio for various sports injuries, and in general most of the Physios have given me manual therapy, soft tissue massage and a few exercises to focus on. Once the acute pain has gone they send me on my way. The team at Active Physio in Albany took a different approach. They still fixed the acute pain with standard physio treatments, but also used some acupuncture to enhance the repair process. Then they looked at my posture, biomechanics and core strength. After assessment they started me on a pro-active program to improve my underlying problems, which means that I have less chance of recurring problems. I now attend a weekly Pilates class to keep my core and back strong. Thanks to Active Physio I now have a long term plan for keeping my aging issues at bay!

I've used Active Physio Albany extensively - for post surgery recovery and strength gaining (Pilates), injury rehab (Physio) and a toe injury and insoles (Podiatry). They are a fantastic team. What's even better is that they all talk to each other so for example when I had a running injury, Andy knew my history from my working with Megan. I trust them implicitly and couldn't get better care anywhere. Highly recommended!

I came to Andy via Twitter with a problem ankle injury, caused from running. He and the team were incredibly helpful, professional, no-nonsense and sorted out recovery from the get go. A referral to PhysioMed, some cortisone and a lot of work to recovery, I've been injury free, running a 5km in 23 minutes, sub-hour 10km and 2-2: 30 half marathons over challenging terrain. And at time of writing am still over 100kg, with a half ironman in plan.

I wholeheartedly recommend Active Phyiso!

I was pointed to the android app for Active Physio Albany by a friend, and last week I got a notification that they had a special on sports massages for Thursday. Having played masters hockey on Wednesday night, I was slightly "tender" and needed a bit of TLC on my legs, so thought "why not! " I was able to get the last booking, and completed the necessary paperwork (not arduous, any medical issues etc) and had a great 30 minutes work on my legs. Tina did a great job, and I walked out MUCH EASIER than I hobbled in. Repeat visits are a definite, hoping for more app specials)

I have found Andy to be thorough in his analysis of the injury, personable in his approach to my family and I who have used his services, and always available to answer questions after the treatment. I would endorse Andy to anyone who is either injured, wanting to prevent future injuries, or who has taken up a new sport or recreational pastime and wants some ideas on how they can prepare for it.
