They were on time. The electrician on was polite and able understand and implement the jobs I needed done. No question was a dumb question and gave good advice on how to achieve what I wanted.

Excellent work done by Matt, was running behind on schedule due to previous appointment taking longer than expected but Alita and Matt were very excellent in making communications with me and I was advised earlier to allow a couple of hours before and after the schedule incase previous work took longer. Recommended to all A+

Jordan came to my house and quoted me for a house rewire, then a few weeks later Jono and his young mate and completed the job for us. They were professional and responsive to our needs, they cleaned up and generally made it easy for us. The final account was also very close to what was quoted. TIMI came and went out of his way to sort out several problems.he was diligent, calm and very professional.he was well mannered and respectful and has a very pleasant nature. All jobs were done with no fuss and Timi is Great with a Vacuum cleaner! He left No mess at all and I am very impressed with his ability to do a very good job and in such a lovely way. Would Definately call for him again if needed. HE IS A GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY

Advanced electrical were great. After months of renovations with plenty of delays from other contractors it was so nice to work with a team who were super friendly, professional and creative with the lighting. A couple of miscommunications were quickly rectified. We replaced some indoor lighting and added in extra outdoor lighting in our pool and deck area. We were thrilled with the added outdoor features and suggestions made by the team. So friendly! Thank you!

Highly recommend. Superb communication & punctual. Electrician was super nice, explained everything well and went to considerable effort to complete job the same day. We will definitely use again.

Really disappointing. I requested a quote for a Smart Vent install. I was advised by a customer service rep that the quoter may turn up approx 30 minutes late but they would call well before to advise - that was fine. On the day however I got a call approx 1 hour late saying they were 10 minutes away. They arrived in about 15 minutes after this but then proceeded to sit in their car for another 10 minutes talking on the phone before coming in - completely rude. They inspected the property and had a quick 5 minute look, they then said it would take a week to get a quote to me. That seemed long but I waited. More than two weeks later I've heard nothing. This has been a complete waste of time and a terrible look on the company. I'm still living in a property with condensation issues so should have gone elsewhere.

The electrician called me 20 minutes in advance of the scheduled arrival time to confirm. He was pleasant and professional. He quickly discovered the problem and suggested various ways to fix and mitigate for future. Would happily use again.

Very bad service. They cancelled the job last minute. Not reliable at all. I will never book them again.

The whole team is professional from booking through to cleanup. My request are often tricky and particular, and they always carry the job out beautifully, working out what needs to be done, the best way to do it and then they carry it out to a high standard.
