We were looking for heat pump installers and came across Affordable Energy Solutions. Thanu was professional and helpful in explaining and quoting a reasonable package. The installation team was well-mannered and did a good job. They also tidied up before leaving. We fully recommend them.

The Affordable Energy Solutions team were fantastic from start to finish. I got three quotes, because I was determined to do things properly and we were looking for a ducted heat pump system if we could afford it, so a big thing for a homeowner. The consultant from AES was by FAR the most thorough and knowledgeable of the three, he spent a long time looking at our house in great detail, and explained very clearly all the options for us and why and how they would work. I said to my husband after that if all quotes were equal, I would want to go with AES simply because their consultant was that good about listening to our needs and informing us about how systems would work. He gave us a range of options in the quote, including different models and the possibility of a split system.

We were delighted to find that their quote was extremely competitive and broken down clearly. Once accepted the job was booked very quickly. The installers were polite and efficient, and made great efforts to ensure they tidied up after themselves as there was a lot of dust and debris - it was all gone when they left! They whole thing was done in a day and a half, and on the first day they worked till 6.30 at night to be sure it would be done in a timely fashion so as not to disrupt us. They were a bunch of really polite guys.

Proffessional and prompt, communication is exceptional all the way through from the start both from Thanu (HVAC Engineer) as well as the installation crews. Pricing is competitive and more than fair but not at the expense of built quality, which is hard to come by these days. The installation took over two days as there were many units ordered. There were two different installation crews over two day period but each team has a common proffesionalism and puts in great effort in finding the most ideal routing solution for the conduits (from the high wall units) to ensure that the outcome has the best visually appeal. Needless to say, it has been a pleasure working with Affordable Energy Solutions and we would gladly recommend them to any home owners. Thank you once more for your service.

They're great to give me a quote and install quickly 2 air cons for me, but it took them almost 3 months to come to my house to look at an issue of one of the air cons. They said it was due to the expansion of the material and that I could call them if the problem persisted. I've tried to contact them several times to come and solve the issue, but they didn't even reply my e-mails or phone calls. They simply disappeared. A lack of respect! I had to contact Panasonic and explain the situation. I was determined to take legal actions against them. Panasonic sent a company to evaluate and discovered that the noise was caused by a wrong material used in the installation. I can't recommend at all, be careful!

Highly recommend if you are looking for a new heat pump. The installer, Sushank, was super efficient, completed the install well ahead of schedule and answered my many questions. The great customer service was really appreciated.

Competitive pricing: Even with the COVID underway, the quote for the Ducted heating system didn't change with time. I have taken quotes from 5 different companies and they all changed to a higher pricing as time passed. Only Affordable Energy people gave me a static quote.
Thanu is an excellent sales assistant who looked after us. He gave us prompt response and did good communication with our builder. They were very punctual and did a beautiful work at our place.
