When I contacted them 10 days ago, I was told that the time before the new year was fully booked, and I thought I would wait until after new year to fix my window. But to my surprise, they squeezed in a little time last Friday and came over to fix my window. Really happy with the service provided we were able to get a repairmen out to us really quickly, we had 4 windows that needed replacing I rang 5 other companies for qoutes and this companies prices were competitive and had less of a wait time.

Only a small job with 2 broken panes of glass. Thought I could do the job myself, had the glass all set. Managed to put in one window but just couldn't manage the one up high. Looked at it for months. Alan was easy to contact, quick to provide a price, booking made, job done. Really appreciate it.

Great job done by Alan, nice finish and tidied up great after finishing. Friendly and quick communication with Julie. Had a lower pane of a wooden door replaced with a car door fitted and another window into aluminium frame. Used a nice speckled glass. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely go to WOW in future.

Alan replaced the old rubber seals around all of the windows in my house. He was very professional, on time and did a great job, plus I was very happy with the price.

They are indeed quick and does a good job for the quality of their service. Its expensive done within less an hour to fix my daughter small bed window (450mm x 610mm) from the inside of 2 storey house for $220. Didnt tell me the breakdown cost just how much he would do it for. Didnt vuccum after the job, good job but little disappointed.

It has become apparent to me that Posting a single star is inappropriate without an explanation.l gave one star because although l reached out to Affordable Glass for a window repair my son chose to go with a window replacement closer to his home and as far as am concerned the one star should have gone to that window glaziers! So I apologise Affordable Glass the One star l gave you definitely does not imply that there is any problem's with your business or workmanship it just means that we did not continue with what could have been the better of the two.we'll never know that now.
