We have used Mat and the team a number of times over the last decade for our own home and rental properties. Mat is one of the few guys you can just call from anywhere and ask him to get a job done promptly and efficiently. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for running repairs, new installs, or complete new-builds.

Matt and the team conduct themselves as true professionals - they respond promptly, they arrive as agreed, complex the work without unnecessary interruption, and clean up without being asked to - they have installed a gas water heater, cleared a massive root bundle from a 150 drain pipe, and several other plumbing jobs for me.

While replacing our kitchen mixer tap I found the hot water inlet connector had decomposed and urgently required replacement. I called Affordable Plumbing Solutions and spoke with Ian McIntyre. Without hesitation Ian agreed to assist and arrived within 15 minutes!
He replaced both hot and cold water line connectors and fitted our new mixer tap, doing a really top quality job for a very fair and affordable fee!

A great job was done to fix my water leak and Mat was a very good mediator with my adjoining neighbour (where the leak was) to get it fixed on his property. Might have considered using their professional services if it weren't for the absolutely condescending attitude and demeanor over the phone; wouldn't hurt to treat potential clients with friendliness and a bit of respect. Ended up being able to fix the issue myself and saving myself a couple hundred dollars. Wouldn't bother calling again and would rather seek help elsewhere.
