This is my own experience:

Unlikely I had a bad experience with Aims on two years ago. My confidence was falling down on daily basis because of the style of work. Most of the time my phone and emails were unanswered, and usually get a response after a few days. The responses were not efficient and no use.

The Aims team and the owner of the company Arunima claim they were too busy. But Arunima actually was busy with posting funny posts and dog vedios in social medias.

When I approached for an urgent assistance, she was so rude and sent threatening emails. As a result I had to move my application to another adviser and got my residency within a month.

For good thing is, at least, I got a partial refund.

AIMS global helped me get my student visa along with visas for my family. The whole team keeps you feel confident as there are regular updates/follow ups from their end.

Very professional and target oriented team, i felt very assured with my visa processing in their hands.

Finally my husband got his visa approval.we were struggling to get together from 2017. I read lot about Zinnia work. When my husband case handed to Zinnia maam.she explained me everything very clearly about my situation and suggest me the right way to do the things. AIMS Global has very professional and dedicated advisors. They provided valuable guidance and was highly committed throughout the entire process of application of NZ partnership visa.

I applied for my student visa through Aims Global, and I really value the work and support they gave me. As a result, I am in New Zealand right now, pursuing a bachelor's degree at a highly regarded institution.

My student visa was first DECLINED by INZ, however Farzad, Evan, and Zinnia with their expertise were able to identify the incorrect reasons and assessment on INZ's part. They immediately informed INZ about the error in judgement. They put a lot of effort into my case that day, working until late at night to address every point raised in the refusal letter, and they were successful in getting it APPROVED the very next day.

They are incredibly understanding and always ready to address any tiny questions we had. I and my family are very happy with their professionalism and the way they managed my case.

They simply don’t care our applications, and they central focus to get a new client. I understand every business success rate is how they satisfied their clients. Their entire Aims team doesn’t have “Patience and very Rude”. Especially the owner the Aims “ Arunima is very rude and she don’t have patience to listen our concerns. When we asked something, and she simply said something else and disconnected the phone.

If people has a complex case, pls I would strongly advise not to go with them. Their only good for marketing and nothing else.
They didn’t even bother about our application, And there it’s hard to reach their staff members. You have to put a lot of hard work to contact them.

Whenever the INZ officer asked additional info or documents, they simple leave till the last mins. When we questioned them, the answer was ridiculous.

This is constructive Feed back so adding a few positive items.

1. They very good to follow only to get a professional fee, if they put this dedication to follow with the INZ we would have get out visa less than a three months. As a result, we had to wait for almost a year.

2. The real positive thing was their team check every docs before they sending to INZ but that was not enough

Advise:
Aims share holders and investors, if any one, hard to look new CEO to lead the Aims. I suspect, even if anyone, that might be a club house and wont happen.

My personal opinion, “Zinnia Manchand” is a better choice to take over the CEO to lead the Aims. She seems like a good listener to understand clients needs.

FYI, this is not a scam. Reason for the hiding my identity is, if no, people might directly get in touch with me for what happened and don’t have time to answer to everyone.

I have been client of Aims global immigration since I had my first student visa approved for New Zealand in 2017. I always submit my application through them and they are very professional in their work. Always answer the calls and clear your doubts whenever you call them.
I applied my student visa for nursing level 7 (Bachelors) through Melissa Neuhoff (Licensed Immigration Advisor), she is the great advisor I would say. I literally used to call her everyday in the early morning when she was working on my application as I was lacking behind on time for submitting my visa but Melissa Neuhoff has done really great job on my application and my visa was approved within a week.
