The installation team were fast, efficient and friendly to chat with, all of the rubbish was removed from the premises and the house was as clean as it possibly could be, in view of the muddy state of the garden. The quote was less than at least two competitors.

The ducting has all been put in the ceiling, so there are no unsightly ducts running all over the place, this is over and above what I thought I was quoted for, furthermore I was relieved to establish that my ceiling was quite clean and that there are no rodents in there (additional free service) which is very much appreciated, based on my fear of the fury little fiends!

During the course of the installation, the lawnmower guy came and did the lawns, as he came through the gate, some of the grass and mud splashed onto the white outside wall. Quite some time later, one of the team used the outside hose to clean off his ladder, he noticed the messy wall and used the hose to clean it off, while he was there.

Wow, just wow, it's the little things like that which turn a positive customer experience into an absolutely delightful one!

I have no hesitation in recommending or even actively encouraging other customers to use this service.

Air Conditioning Group is a credit to all New Zealand installers and I only wish that other companies showed the same pride, expertise and exceptional customer service that I witnessed today.

Free quote, healthy homes calculations and report. Very quick communication, even in the evenings. Visited the physical office prior to paying 50% deposit to be certain (fear of scams). We just had five air conditioning units installed by Air Conditioning Group. Firstly, they have been punctual from their initial quotation and communication has been great. They arrived on time at 8 am and got straight into installing the units without delay. They were professional, well mannered and organised. I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve and Matt from Air Conditioning Group, and I must say, I was extremely impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend these guys, we talked to all the bigger companies about our requirements. Steve was the only one who could not only recommend a system (Ducted heat pump) to meet our needs, but was knowledgeable on the pro's and cons of what we wanted and where the best value for money could be had. Very competitive on price, no hidden costs or surprises after the quote. Delivered exactly what we asked for within a couple of weeks.

Matt and his install team were helpful, clear and efficient, gave us a head's up on some maintenance he though we might like to look into they noticed when in the roof space (not related to them) also returned to reposition one of our vents after we felt it was in the wrong position with no questions asked or additional cost.

Will definitely use again should the need arise.

Recommended by an experienced commercial quantity surveyor for our house. The service we received was faultless. Had a seamless experience with these guys. Called up with a pretty tough install brief which a couple other businesses couldn't find a solution for. But they came back with a really good plan which works perfectly. Good communication throughout the whole job and walked me through the stages as have never done something like this before. We'll definitely be using them again for upcoming job.
