Airficient offer a great professional air-con service. They were patient while my building project slumbered along and then promptly completed the fit-off when we were ready for them. Their rates are very reasonable. Communication was pleasant, fast and efficient at all times. I can very highly recommend Chris and his team!

The system he designed was so simple and so much better than any of the other quotes I had had. The team that did the install were polite, calm and skilled.and tidy. Chris and his team are fantastic, highly recommend them. I asked a few other companies for a quote for replacing our ducted heating system and everyone was just shaking their head and telling me how difficult and expensive the job would be. For Chris this did not seem to be a challenge at all. They sheduled the job right away and replaced 2 ducted systems in our house within a few days. Chris has also helped me find someone to fix other things around the house. A+ for everything! We will use Airficient in the future for all our heatpump/AC needs.

Friendly and helpful staff who worked quietly and efficiently around us. My only feedback would be to advise in advance that a hose is needed - we had a lock on ours and if we knew we needed it in advance, we could have organise for it to be unlocked.

I organised Airficient for service of my ducted heat pump. Chris serviced the heat pump, noticed the vent pane not moving when switched ON, OFF. He has mentioned he would come and fix this. Awaiting a timely action.
