"The carpet has arrived and I am beyond delighted. Thank you SO MUCH - I know changing my order at the last moment was a hassle and I am your fan and customer for life! Honestly - and as you will know yourselves - buying something for a reasonable chunk of change from a retailer you haven’t dealt with before is a bit of a risk - no offence meant - and I am more than happy to testify not only to your high ethics but your willingness to go above and beyond. Oh - and lovely reasonably priced products.

Was a super easy web site to negotiate. Alot of great choice, from synthetic to wool and silk rugs. All budgets. Would not hesitate to use again Cheers.

After taking three sample rugs home to test we selected one we liked but wanted it in a bigger size. My wife called to check if they had stock in that bigger size. When I got to the store ready to purchase the price on their website when I left home 30mins earlier had been changed by $500. I was confused and left without purchasing. The store then called my wife to say there had been a mistake with the discount on the rug but we could have a lower price if we paid by bank transfer. They weren’t upfront with me about this in the store and only claimed that there had been a mistake which meant they had to change the price after I’d walked out.

Purchased a rug from here today and I'm so happy with it. The guy was really helpful and made it easy for me to choose one. Highly recommend.

Went in today to look at rugs, we had a few other places we were going to see but loved the variety and quality of these rugs so much, we ended up purchasing one today! Excited to see what it looks like once it is laid down at our new place! Amazing customer service and Majid was exceptionally helpful and informative about the rugs. We will be going back to get some more rugs for our other rooms post renovations. 100% recommend!)

Great prices, outstanding variety of photos so online buyers can clearly see all aspects of rugs and make choices. No glitches to website, very smooth experience. Easy to compare rugs to arrive at decisions. I really appreciated all of the photos contributed by customers showing how rugs actually looked in their rooms, thickness of rugs, candid opinions of rugs, etc. I will definitely be returning here to shop for rugs from now on

He listened to our needs and provided professional suggestions which saved our costs on interior consultation elsewhere. No hard selling but thinking what’s the best for customers. The 'STAR' of this experience was Jaihoon! I went into the store with 'the brief': 2m x 3m! NEED now! Jaihoon pointed me in the right direction and then. 'isn't it just in the feel'? Says Jaihoon. Together, we narrowed the selection down. I retreated to think and discuss with the OTHER HALF. I promised that I would return the next day. We did. But in the interim, Jaihoon knew that we would indeed return and had done some additional thinking and research, based on my initial reconnaissance, and VOILA! He nailed it. Walked out of the store in about 15 minutes with a 'perfect answer', i.e. A beautiful Aladdin Rug! THANK YOU!

We’ve moved recently and we all know how stressful that is. My wife and I were shopping for a rug amidst this chaos and Jaihoon saved us from all the issues. We wanted a small rug and thought it might be the best fit. But his patience and knowledge helped us to select the best. We are now proud owners of a beautiful lounge thanks to him. Btw great selection of rugs as well.

We went to the place today and it was an amazing experience. We ended up getting a rug for our living room and we only went to look. Reza and Jai were so good and helpful.
