I Absolutely Do Not Recommend this Company. The Customer Service Was the Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced in My Life! I Had An Appointment Booked On a Tuesday at 9: 30, at 9: 35 I Got a Txt Stating the Service Man Was Running Late & Would Not Be Able to Make it Until Later. My Daughter Had a Doctors Appointment Later That Day. The Following Monday I Received a Txt Msg Saying I Had an Appointment at 9: 30 Tuesday. I Did Not Make This Appointment & Called To Reschedule & Was Told They Would Contact Me. The Next Day The Tuesday, I Missed a Call & Called Them Straight Back. The Person I Spoke With “Maddie” Went On To Tell Me That The Service Man Has Collected the Keys For My Property & Will Be Conducting the Smoke Alarm Testing. I Told Maddie That I Had Not Had Any Notice Whatsoever From My Property Manager. She Went On to Tell Me That My Property Manager Should Have Let Me Know. I Specifically Stated to Maddie That I Have Not Been Given Any Notice & That I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR ANYONE TO ENTER MY PROPERTY! I Told Maddie I Needed at Least 24Hours Notice. Maddie Could Care Less About What I Had To Say About My Own Home! Within 10Minutes One Of All Clears Employees Entered My Home Without My Permission! My 17 Year Old Son Was Asleep in His Room, Imagine if He Woke Up to a Strange Man in His House, What Would of Happened? !? ! Like I Said I Had Received NO NOTICE! No Apology From All Clear… All Clear FAILED to Clearly Communicate With My Property Manager or Myself & Collected My House Keys From the Receptionist.

Detailed and timely. All Clear give comprehensive reports and are always willing and able to help. 10/10 recommendation!

Landlord please be aware of this enterprise. During the healthy homes inspection if something is blocked of access, this enterprise will mark this as “non compliance “ instead of “no data incomplete”. This enterprise required me to install a 9kw heat pump for my one bedroom apartment, this is insane! If you want to cook the planet, be their guests! I then turn to another accredited inspector who required a 5.2kw heat pump. This is way more reasonable. They only charge you $250 for a 12 page report so definitely not much profits in this area so a high degree of error may be present and you just don’t know. When I have some more spare time I will research your accreditation body and certificate, if you are IANZ accredited then I shall write to IANZ.

My landlord presented a copy of testing from this company. I believe my landlord has tampered with the results. I contacted AllClear and asked them to confirm if the document I had was original and correct. They never replied to me, instead informed my landlord I had been enquiring. This did not help matters between us at all. I think this system is absolutely flawed. A Copy of any report with this magnitude for damage to someones life should be provided to all parties directly from the company thus ensuring no one party has an opportunity to falsify records. The landlord in question has had 3 cases against me thrown out of tribunal so far and the fourth is waiting on the verdict as to the amount of damages that will be awarded to me. I should not of had to go through this. AllClear, it certainly wasn't for me. And just so you know, the tribunal stands by the Gluckman Report and any level under 15, yup 15 is considered to be safe so landlords will not be able to refurbish their rentals with this kind of claim anymore. The landlord is not being compensated for the work she believed she was required to do by law either, nor will her insurance cover it as the levels were too low. Companies like this and more importantly the companies that undertake the "decontamination" work are criminals of the worst sort. The industry should be ashamed

I was most excited I found this place. Called them before arriving in NZ and it was recommended to set up an appt ahead of time, which I did. After arriving to NZ the USA no longer required pre departure Covid testing. I called to cancel my appt only to be told I would be charged $30+ gst… and that this was documented in policies… yet who reads those small print. I would say poor customer service, why should I be charged for a booking I never used and was suggested to book. Ensuring a customer was valued definitely was not the case!

Matt and his team were super efficient in getting my Supervised RAT test thru to me an hour before my departure flight to AU, and saved a lot of headaches.

It is so convenient having them come to your house.

This is truly the very best service I have experienced. They came to me to do the supervised RAT test for travel to Qld. The lady was super professional, helpful, and prompt! The price was great, and the covid certificate was accepted without a problem at the airport! Thank you so much. Very highly recommended to all)

Terrible, extremely stressful situation when the QR code didn't work which was the only reason we paid such high rates for these tests. Took 11 hours for them to respond by which time we had already had to check into our flights. Save your money and go to Chemist Warehouse.

Poor service by the healthy homes assessor that went into our property. They seems to hire a young guys/gal that doesn't have any idea when comes to building code. Heating assessment was bullocks. All their reviews here seems paid.

Business side of things good. However, I heard the way they treat their workers is shiet! Spoke to the assessor last week and he said that he is leaving bec of the micromanagement and peasant pay theses guys getting. Unbelievable. Feel sorry for these guys. Massive staff turn over from what he said.

These guys saved my neck with their pre departure Pcr test service in Christchurch, when every clinic was booked out and my window for testing was closing fast I called their number after hours and they answered! This very helpful team had a mobile testing unit meet me in the nick of time and delivered the results perfectly in 24h on a Saturday! The lab results are from an accredited laboratory and were accepted with no problems by the airlines, very similar price to the clinics also! I highly recommend if you need your pcr test pronto. Save the stress, forget the clinics and call All Clear they're the professionals!

All Clear came quickly in spite of 'appointment overload' and tested thoroughly and efficiently. Results were processed swiftly and a requested update to the initial report was returned without delay. I am very satisfied with their service.

I emailed to ask some questions about the testing for travel and the team answered all my questions, assisted with dates and made sure the booking was when I needed. Super helpful and no doubt the tests will go smoothly when I have them. Thanks again!

Christchurch Office response was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. Understood what I was after and organised site visit for testing quickly and easily. On site tester was on time, organised and took the time to listen to what our concerns were. Would highly recommend this organisation for water testing.
