We had the pleasure of having All Round Security Limited install outdoor cameras and an indoor sensor-driven alarm system. We would certainly recommend this company to any prospective customer. The key touch points that exemplifies our recommendation are the following:

2. A quick turnaround of a week to start the installation process. All products are readily available.
3. Quality hardware and software that gives us a sense of comfort. Our peace of mind comes from being able to remotely view our cameras in real time when we are away from home and monitoring exceptions (receiving notifications to our mobile). The same with the alarm system in that it can be armed/disarmed and monitored via mobile phone (remotely) alongside with the concomitant notifications.
4. Competitive pricing. Having shopped around and identified surprising variation in prices, we were very surprised at the quote.
5. Quality workmanship. The installation was done by an IT expert and the finished product was appropriate to our requirements.

I got in contact and All round security was quick to respond. They arrived to my property and we discuss my needs. They email me everything we discussed with the invoice and made sure that what they emailed met my needs. I completed the deposit and they were onto work straight away and the installations was completed in one day. They gave us plenty time to be familiar with the system and continually contact us to ensure everything is running to my needs before asking for the final payment. My house required security as soon as possible and I was getting desperate. I then found All Round Security on the website. I contacted their number, asked for help, and I met the director Philip on the phone. I was met with a very quick response and he came straight to my home to arrange the instalment for the alarm and cctv the next day.
Despite the terrible weather, Phillip and his technician David pulled through and worked tirelessly to secure my home. It was evident that they were compassionate and hardworking. Even during consultation their expertise and thoughtfulness showed.

We had booked twice with this company to get our security cameras sorted. Both times the technician-Philip, did not show-up. There was no effort from him to inform us if he was running late or couldn’t make it. There is no professionalism from him. We will not waste any further time and will not recommend anyone to this company either.

All Round Security were invited to recommend security cameras to protect our property. They recommended 5 cameras and a recording device for our home. After considerable research we accepted the quote which was less than our budget. Quote was quick and good. Install occurred over three visits. Then a camera dropped off and eventually the complete system just stopped working. Contacting All Round Security required multiple attempts. When they did came the problem was identified and is soon to be fixed. Bar from one interesting phone call they were professional and friendly.

Great service. Got the quote really quickly and then upon approval of the quote the system was installed and it only took 2 days. If I had any questions they were quick to answer them. The security system we ordered is really handy and user friendly. The installers were polite and called to let me know if they were running behind which was appreciated. Overall really happy with the service and really happy with the product.
