Insurance job done here last year and our first time here too, the final job okay not great as there was a slight dent that I know we didn't have before under the door handle, couldn't be bothered arguing as I already had a dispute with the guy about the cost of a small cash job done at the same time.
Now, I have another insurance job and my insurance recommendations did not provide this place to visit for repairs.

Excellent panelbeaters. Very helpful, friendly and fair charging.
I needed some headlights attending to as the coating was flaking away. The guys there dropped everything to do this for me on the spot even though they were super busy with the Christmas rush. The lights came up almost like new.

I'm also getting a headlight on another car replaced by them. I will continue to use them, they are honest and give good old fashioned service. Hard to find these days.

I went to Allan Wakeling panel beaters after I had a car accident. The owner Adam and his wife Amanda are really friendly and helpful people.

When I dropped off my car, Adam went around my car and noted all the details. My car door edges had a thin layer of transparent protection film. When I picked up my car, I was very surprised to see Adam even restored my car to that detail! His job is very good and thorough.

One thing interesting was that I noticed the surname Wakeling is the same as the name of Wakeling park down in Te Atatu. So I asked if there is any link. It turned out that It's Adam's grandfather Allan Wakeling who donated the land to council and now it becomes Wakeling park.

This business deserves the best. All the best wishes go to them.

The canopy on my ute was delaminating so I got a raft of quotes from different panel beaters in west Auckland and these guys were by far the cheapest. In terms of services provided, the canopy looks brand new, the finish date was precise and they were a good bunch of down to earth guys. Very happy customer.

The team did a great job, with prompt and professional communication, helpful advice about liaising with my insurers, provision of a loan car, and a prompt turnaround on the job. And they even cleaned my embarrassingly dirty car! Great service, they definitely go above and beyond.

Amazing team and service here. They looked after my car and repairs all while I was out of town and when I had a little more trouble, they said just swing in and they'll sort it, plus a coffee while I waited!

Use them as insurance advice, but the customer service is very bad and very rude. They told me to go away because I was arguing with them about the gap and painted orange peel. Not sure how the business can be running over 30 years like this shxt.
