The team at Allied Security provide a very professional set of security services. They have been fantastic to deal with.
An Allied security staff member working at Countdown in Mangere 7/12/17 accused an innocent young man of stealing a shopping bag. This young man was carring his mums shopping bag though Countdown entrance into the mall without entering countdown to purchase any items. The security guard approached him outside countdown and accused him of stealing the shopping bag, yelling accusations at him in front of people. Snatched his bag off him and looked through his mums personal items. There was NO items purchased from Countdown. He was so embarrassed for the behaviour he received from the security guard. He walked away in disgust. Allied should be hiring and training people for security positions that know how to observe before throwing bad accusations at innocent people. This lady security guard working at Mangere Countdown should be removed from that site and given the training required to handle customers or she should be sacked. The young man she accused of theft is one of the most honest young man I know of. His mum and grandmother have been shopping at Mangere Countdown for many years, very loyal customers. They all should be approached and given a wriiten apology. I hope this is sorted asap and the security guard be removed from Mangere Countdown. This should not of happened.
