Allis Roofing

I have used Bayard Allis as my roofer over the past 5 years for inspection roof repairs leaks, rust treatment and painting.
I have found him to be an effective communicator and he has earned my trust where he has been able to fix leak problems others have failed at.
So I have no hesitation in recommending him to others as a skilled operator who has completed his roofing tasks for me appropriately and without any complications.

Bayard did a fantastic job repairing our steel roof, replacing the nails with screws and painting it. He also repaired some of the facia that had water damage and replaced flashing. He provided a very competitive quote, communicated well and managed to get the job done amongst some very challenging weather. I highly recommend him!

We used Allis Roofing to do repairs to our roof, Bayard Allis did an inspection and provided us with a quote that was spot on. He was always on time and worked diligently on doing the repairs. The communication from Allis Roofing was 2nd to none, he kept us involved every step of the way and co-ordinated the scaffolders and tiles etc, he let us know exactly when and what time he would be on site, which was very good and always accurate. Would highly recommend to anybody needing roofing services.

Amazing service, on time, and excellent communication.

They said & confirmed a day & time but couldn’t make it, so they rebooked for the next day & didn't show. Said they would be late but still no show. I took 2 x half days off work to be home to accommodate the company. I believe they should repay me with a courtesy repair job with a huge discount for taking up my time. Would never recommend this company as very poor communication and presence.

I don't know why they bother to advertise. He said he would come on Wedensday morning (that was on the14th, its now the 25th), so i waited home all day, I rang at 2pm to ask when he was coming, no answer, left a VM, no response, left another message a few days later, no response. My leak is now worse, like if you can't come or don't want the job, please just advise your Customer hmm?

I am very pleased with the work carried out by this company. Fast and efficient with very competitive pricing. Would definitely use again.

I have to share my experience with you about this company to avoid being put into same time trap as me. Company looks reliable and organized, but this is just the first (and false) impression.
Chasing these workers for about two hours work cost me 3 weeks and nobody showed up after making so many promises and phone calls.
Not even any apology for not being organized.
I don’t see right not to say sorry to anyone if I forgot that I got to be somewhere at time and somebody else is making same effort too, to get job done! This is not always easy to do.

So just don't bother to contact them if looking for professionals.
