I probably was not the easiest customer they have had, i was getting my 20inch alloys repaired and then repainted in a custom finish, They absolutely nailed the colour and finish i wanted and with me living not in Auckland most of our communication was via the phone and they still managed to do exactly what i was after, Ash in particular is an absolute legend so helpful and best customer service i have had in a long time.

After receiving my wheels from another workshop and was not pleased. Ashley went above and beyond getting my wheels perfectly the way I wanted it. He also went the extra mile to put on my tyres and balance the wheels. Wheels were colour matched perfectly. 10/10

I was in need of a weld and a wheel alignment due to there being a small 2cm crack on the rim, so I had taken it to alloy, the staff there was just really rude and it wasn’t till after I had paid for the service and I went home and spoke to my husband that I found out that I had been over charged $300 more then the average price quotes from two other business and my husband wished he had come with me so he could’ve argued and saved me $300. Also they promise when the wheel and rim was repaired they would install the wheel back on the car for me as part of the service I paid for but on the day of pick up they just hurried me outside and told me I had to do it myself and it’s not their problem. I highly do not recommend!

I went to get a quote for my wheel repairs and Matt was very nice to talk to me and he mentioned a price without telling me if it include GST or Not. So called Clint and when i told to cancel the job guy went on about how good he is and his business claimed to be the best in town.he was very arrogant and very rude when he commented on my car. He was so proud of himself but lacks basic customer service courtesy.finally i have to disconnect the phone.very unprofessional and i will not even recommend to anyone. First not to tell if the cost is plus GST or Not as i am consumer not a business. It is illegal to tell a consumer about the price without GST.imagine going to super market and charged GST on price quoted. Second arrogant and rude.

The quality of the finished product is good, however I'd say the job was pretty poor overall.
Firstly, I was quoted what I considered a fair price for the job and wheel repair. Turns out they needed to do a full sandblast and that would almost double the quote. However I only knew this after they began working on and vapor blasting the wheels.

The quote was made on an in person visual inspection to begin with, and no indication was given that additional work would be required until they were already well into the job. Lack of judgement by the shop on this one and imo should have been more responsible for honoring the initial quote.

Second, after dwelling on the paint job for a week and seeing it in different lights, it's clear that the overall colour is quite far off what was originally requested (pictures were provided of the requested colour).

Accepted high quote for strip back and refinish 4 wheel centres, left name and number and attached same to wheels. No phone call received so visited to see if wheels done. Apparently they had lost both the number they wrote down and the ones attached to the wheels. Dismissive attitude from staff, I paid the bill and took the wheels, very poor prep work with inadequate removal or feathering of old finish. I have done better myself with spray cans. I don't mind paying high price for top quality work but high price for rubbish is a bit of a grind. Select another provider.

These guys did a fantastic job in taking the scratch marks out of my mags. Highly recommended and great to deal with.

Very good service. Straightened my buckled mag wheels. Clint even helped me out by giving me a spare couple of wheels so that I could go and get my WOF while work was being done.
