They came the next day. Installed a smart lock. It seemed to work fine, however after they left I realized there was an issue. I called them and they returned in 30 mins and immediately fixed the issue. All good. Easy.

Overpriced key cutting. 26 dollars for a standard metal car key cut.surely this isnt the actual cost. Other places are average $12 a cut. The young boy did not have a positive attitude towards me he chucked my keys onto the counter after finishing the cut. Not coming here again

It was very terrible. I was treated like a thief. The young boy was unaware of anything. Every question I asked was going in and asking others and coming back. After he cut the key I said can I have a look at it. He was holding the key like I'm gonna steal it. And he said we can put the chip inside the car key but no warranty (price for $220) I made a complaint about the other person, but he said that's how we work. They were so rude. I would never go there again. I won't recommend it.

I received excellent service from Allsafe last Thursday (day before Easter) when I needed to have locks changed at a commercial premise at short notice due to a change of tenancy occurring sooner than expected. Upon receiving my call, Jacqui quickly rescheduled work to enable one of their locksmiths, Jimmy, to attend to my requirement immediately. Jimmy's customer service and expertise was also exemplary and the job was completed within the hour. I was also pleased to be able to pay on the spot as their vehicle was all set up with credit card facility. I would not hesitate to utilise Allsafe again and will certainly recommend them.

Great bunch of people to deal with, Jimmy (the installer) was very friendly and nice to chat to. He made sure that he didn’t make a mess, professional, In and out in a jiffy. Mobile eftpos/credit card payment was very handy. Great experience, Big thumbs up.

Terrible company! They did not fix my lock on my car door properly. I wanted them to fix it and they said they don't guarantee their workmanship. He was rude and raised his voice. No refund either
