Seem to have a good number of roles available. Sent my C. V through earlier this week & called today asking to speak with the consultant for the role (s) I applied for. Was not put through to anyone, I even asked twice. Seemed like I wasn't allowed. "if you are short listed we will call you"

What happened to recruitment agencies having a chat with people who take the time to reach out so you can get a feel for each other? Considering you make money off of your temps etc, a phone call doesnt seem to much to ask.

In regards to your review - my concerns are pretty clear. Not being able to speak to a consultant is just bizarre. I wont be contacting your company ever again.

Finding a job is a super stressful situation, apply for roles and hearing nothing back is degrading and defeating. However thanks to Christina I have been comfortable and informed through the whole process. From the day I applied for the role through Alpha she has been on the ball and in the know for me.
