23250 for disconnection fee? No mention of that when we signed up. They say it covers the cost to remove plumbing ️️ Even a qualified plumber wouldn't charge that price for a basic removal. Money hungry company.
DONT USE THEM PRICES WILL SKY ROCKET AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE 3 MONTHS NOTICE. All starts well but they will bite you on the back end of the contract
Just want to mention the good service we received from Alpine Fresh. After installing unit it didn't heat the water. Contacted Aman and the unit was replaced. All staff very happy with unit.

A hard company to deal with, poor on communication and accounting with corrupt tricky contracts with small print which shows poor business ethics.
I do not recommend
We've recently had to close our office and so need to return our cooler. Finding out that we have to keep paying for it for 3 months was painful especially when, from looking at the reviews, we appear to be paying more than others.but it is in the contract.
The contract also says "upon termination the Owner will collect the equipment", which is what I'd expect since they installed it. There is no mention of a $250 disconnection service fee.
However, this service appears to have been dropped since we have been given a list of parts that we must return (properly labeled and including at least 2mtrs of white tubing) before they will stop billing us. In fact the 'customer self return' document has a semi-legal almost threatening tone.i. E.if we don't follow it to the letter they will keep billing us.
I have difficulty believing comments about service. We were supposed to be serviced every six months. The last time we saw a service person was when the water tubing burst 3 years ago, which is also the last time we had any contact from Alpine.
I have to agree with the other 1 star reviewers. It looks like Alpine are only interested in the money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible company. So rude. Hidden fees, even sent me a copy of our contact which was completely different to what we had. But then still tried to ping us anyway since we had set pricing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL LOOK ELSE WHERE
We had a couple of in line water coolers from Alpine Fresh for many years. The servicing was always on time and it saved a lot of effort compared to changing bottles. Cost effective and just worked.
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company. Hidden fees. Make sure you read your contracts. No customer service whatsoever, only out to make a buck. Please note that any of the good reviews here are to do with the wonderful people who service the machines, who are generally not Alpine Fresh themselves but separate companies who don't see much of the fees charged to the customers. DO NOT SIGN ON WITH THESE FOLK.
Fantastic service from Alpine Fresh this week - Zoe serviced & cleaned our water cooler and did a fantastic job. Great company to deal with - very helpful & accommodating.
Dealt with this company for years and its serviced our workshop guys and office staff brilliantly, never had an issue. We really appreciate having cold refreshing water in a hot factory environment. We would certainly recommend Alpine Fresh.

Worst company i have delt with in a long time, they do not service their coolers but still expect full payment. There have been black bits in the water for over 6 months with still no fix. Drink tap water
Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. The most arrogant people on the phones and do not care one bit about there customers only the money. Poor service poor people.
Our unit is playing up water is dripping down the back, we have had to switch it off. I have left to three voiceMail message and sent and email stillno contact. First contact was made over a week ago.pls contact us. Update got hold of company through facebook, technition coming today
The service provided is just right for our needs, The units are serviced regularly. Billing is prompt every month. And, absolutely no hassles in dealing with Alpine Fresh when it comes to the water coolers supplied by them
Be aware of the clause when you want to terminate the contract. $250 to get it removed, it is in the clause but not mentioned to me when signing the contract. This is basically renting it for a further 10 months, craze.
