We have owned a swim spa from Alpine for a number of years and, inconveniently, just prior to Christmas 2023 when most our grandchildren were coming to stay, the controller failed. Initially, this caused problems because it was difficult to diagnose, then get the replacement part, then get the right serviceman. Fortunately for us, Jay from Alpine and Brandon from BPM Electrical did a great job of solving this issue before Christmas - and Alpine did not charge us for the new controller! How generous.

Terrible service, spa within 2 years has fallen apart (cover lifter) in multiple places, all they have done is pointed to the warranty for this part (only 12 months) when clearly the product if not fit for purpose. Instead of replacing the product they sent me an invoice for it. I have heard of similar experiences with Alpine Spas from other owners and was warned, we regret now buying Alpine.
Any Buyer should be warned and be prepared for the product failure to happen quickly, when you look through their catalogue of products they sell post purchase it is evident there are several parts they expect to fail so your initial investment long term will be significantly higher. Such disappointing service from a brand with a NZ office.

We bought the Fuji spa to replace a much larger one. This one is so much easier to look after. It is the perfect size for us (a couple) and would accommodate 3 easily. I think that we have got great value for money and I would be happy to deal with Alpine Spas again.

After having an issue with the element, customer service identified the issue and within days we received the part and on the next day the technician fixed the problem.

We've just recently bought a spa from Alpine spas, after so many years of talking about it, it's finally happened. I can't comment on the spa pool, because it's being stored while we finish off a deck, but I'm sure it'll be just gorgeous once installed, looking forward to that day! I'd just like to thank Alpine Spa's for being so helpful with the purchase process, in particular Susan Grobler, she has been awesome and very understanding considering the long and drawn out deck construction time due to the weather and I know if we ever had a problem, she'd be there to help I'd also like to mention Catherine from dispatch, Again, really helpful and very patient, they are both wonderful ladies in fact the whole process has been completely stress free, well done Alpine spa's
