Richard and the team at Altherm West were great to deal with when we replaced all our existing wooden joinery with new double glazing last year, even allowing us to pickup one window frame before they had a chance to glaze it as we had a bathroom renovation that was urgent, and they later came out and fitted the glass onsite. Questions and queries are always answered very promptly by Alexis. It's nice to deal with a local company that cares. We enjoyed dealing with them and are now ordering another set of joinery for second lot of renovations. Thanks team.
