Very fast delivery i was shocked ever knew a company can deliver the coffee tomorrow-of the day pf order. Love the coffee beans. From one time testing i became regular.

Great place to catch up with friends and workmates etc. Good atmosphere with good quality food and customer service.

Excellent service! I ordered a canister online, which was faulty out of the box. The next day a staff member came to my house with a replacement, no questions asked. Then a few days later I got an email following up how the new canister was. Love it! Thanks team!

Really refreshing and unique flavored frappe. Delicious scone. Will certainly go back again. Lots of seating inside and some nice tables outside also. A really cute and clean cafe to check out.

On Sunday afternoon, my friend and I came in to have our afternoon tea, one of your staff was totally rude, she walked away when we were trying to order our food! I quite like your coffee, but your staff obviously just pushed us away. Service is really important for cafes. Hope we don't see her again!

Went there yesterday and learned that they don’t do creamy mushroom anymore. The waitress confirmed this with the kitchen for us and said unfortunately there’s not enough ingredients: (
Other than that, coffee was great and same as the service.

Scone was warmed but on the dry side. Banana loaf was cold - had a bit of ‘been in the fridge’ taste but moist. A bit of contrast here. Would have been good if they were both warm/toasted and moist/fresh.

This is a great place for breakfast/brunch and I have loved every single meal I have ordered. The menu isn't overwhelming while still giving you plenty of options to choose from.

I usually buy my coffee beans from here and have never been disappointed. They have a rotating single origin of the month, which is great to try out new varieties of coffee.

A lovely bright modern cafe with a nice atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff working as a team. Fast service, great coffee and meals. They really know their stuff! We'll be back!

Went for lunch with a friend on Xmas eve, food was good and came fast but the service was terrible, had to ask for water which never came so we got it ourselves, had to ask for cutlery once the food came, no one came to see if we needed anything and actually had to got to the counter to order our coffees, when the waitress came back we actually felt like she was shouting at us. The staff where too interested in removing all the xmas decorations and packing up even tho we where there at 12.30. We felt totally unwelcome and will never go back

Busy little cafe and roastory in Rosedale, north shore. The staff are friendly and the food is good. Coffee is well made.

Been long time since visited here. The service and entry protocols were clearly defined. Table service was quick and efficient. The food well made and delicious

Very pleasant atmosphere and vibe. Nice and cool on a hot day. The staff were friendly with great energy. The food was presented well and was very tasty with awesome dressings and great seasoning. The coffee was superb. We would go out of our way to come back to this modern yet approachable cafe!

Ordered these through Flybuys and took less than 24 hours to get delivered. Super amazed at the friendly service by Altura staff. I didn't expect a personal delivery. Awesome job guys. Highly appreciated by a coffee fiend. You deserve more than just.

Altura is a great café, their coffee is nice but their employees are their strongest asset. There are too many great employees to give shout outs to but Britt & Joseph always give top tier service and are super friendly. The service is the main reason I always get my coffee here! Had the brisket burger, was ok nice flavours, was a bit cold, but ok.

Altura sell Profitec coffee machines yet won't supply parts freely nore will the agents Coffee tools. This contravenes NZ consumer law.
For this reason I cannot recomend Profitec Machines.

Nice, but disappointing.
Altura used to be my favourite cafe thanks to incredible coffee and crispy french fries.

Unfortunately the coffee has gone downhill a bit, it's still nice but is a bit plain and wasn't quite hot enough (and I like my coffee colder than most). It's a personal preference but I'm gutted they've switched out the french fries for straight cut fries instead.

Food was nice but serving size was tiny for the price, and lacked flavour or seasoning. Karaage was cooked perfectly but it had absolutely no flavour. The aoili had no garlic flavour at all.

Service was lovely, they were clearly very busy yet still offered a smile and made you feel welcome.

Overall I'd say it's a nice place to visit but we won't be back, for a long time at least. $71 for two coffees and two small meals is a bit much for me.
