Ambius Indoor Plants Auckland

I went for the sale last Saturday 5th December 2020 at Mt Wellington and qued up from 7 am till 9.30 for the door to open. I had my eye on some of the plants they brought out.there were 15 people in-front of me who claimed that they were there from 5.30 in the morning. I believe them as they had there beds and blankets and chairs.
As we all waited patiently one Asian family came through the back door and took all nice plants and pots (more than 2 as allowed per person) and filled their 4x4 and drove away. When asked the staff by the front raw people, she rudely said to them if you not happy can leave otherwise will call the police. It is not professional and exeptable to be treated in this manner when we were in the que patiently waiting for over 1- 1/2 hours. Especially from a reputed company like this.

Staff were disorganized and rude. Items don't have prices indicated and asking different staff-members will be met with a different price for exactly the same item. One lady publicly announced an item was half-price as closing time approaches, but at check-out, we were asked to pay the full price. When we politely pointed out that it was announced as reduced earlier, a rude female staff said with contempt, "WELL, I'M PRICING IT, IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, YOU CAN LEAVE! " The supervisor was no better either, not even apologizing to the mistake she said her staff made on announcing the reduced price. Another staff, a curly blonde-haired, younger female said as we were leaving. "WE CAN RUN OUR BUSINESS HOWEVER WE WANT TO! " - Very arrogant group of people. Hopefully Ambius' management will sort these people out who give them a bad rep. 'happened morning, 5th October 2019.

Staff need to control certain customers from rushing in and rounding up plants before others get close.
