We had a new hob fitted by Harry who had great communication, turned up on time and went over and above what we asked of him. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future. He also gave great advice for future work we are considering going ahead with.

I have dealt with alot of trades companies in the past but Amps Eletrical would have to be the most stand out, professional, on time & fairly charged sparkies in NZ. Amazing work. Very informative of the issue I had with my hot water cylinder and also organized a plumber so I didn’t have to find one. Saved me the headache and worry. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Had the power line into my house break around 4pm on monday, caled amps and got a prompt repsonse. They asked for details and as soon as these had been provided they confirmed they were able to do the repair and would have someone out in the next horu or so.

Less than an hour later Hary turned up and even though the winds were wild and raining hard he got to work and completed the work in a very friendly and professional manner.

Once Harry had finished, I had to wait for Vector to return and reconnect the line into the house. With them being busy due to the weather it took nearly 2 hours to get the power back on and it was very please to get a follow up call to check that everything was sorted.i will happily recommend Amps to my friends when they need electrical work completed.

Highly recommend Harry - I have not used this service but rather called for guidance in a panic about a trip in my circuit breaker. This was at 4am… Harry was calm and able to assist with ease. Very kind and professional. I later received a text checking in that everything was okay or if I needed further assistance. This interaction alone demonstrated how worthwhile it would be to trust in this business.
