Animates Vet Hospital

Very friendly staff. No pets for sale.with the exception of tropical and fresh water fish. BEFORE you purchase your fish know your tank capacity (length x width x height.) There are restrictions on number of fish, one can buy - especially over smaller tanks.

We have found Animates very helpful over the years. The shop is always clean and tidy. Our puppy gets very excited going there as he always gets a treat from the staff.

We went in to get stuff for our new puppy. Exceptional customer service. They took time to show us a puppy checklist and walked around the store helping us get what we needed. They didn't try to oversell our get us to get things we didn't need. We loved the friendly staff and exceptional customer service. They went the extra mile. Thank you

Standard animates great staff, the vet is listed and sign posted as 'animates vet' however they are no longer part so vet food cannot be purchased thru animates meaning no frequent feeder club pricing, this is kind of misleading when arriving and searching online.

We recently moved in Silverdale and today is our first day pop in this store. We didn’t expect that staff in this store were super friendly and helpful. Liz answered my questions very patiently and I also saw her completing multiple tasks. She works very efficiently. We feel lucky that we can always meet such nice staff in animates silverdale.

Dropped off a client's pet cat after munching of snail bail.

They were very thougher and helpful. A well checked over puddy-tat and was given some medication to dry up the snail-bait. Highly recommended.

We recently moved to the area. I loved how the staff recognized the customers coming in and asking them directly about their pets. Really good customer service.

My first time visiting Animates Silverdale and found the staff to very friendly and most helpful.

I love Animates, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Whiskey & I love going and using the DIY dog wash & they are very helpful as I need help lifting him back into my Jeep. (He's very heavy & doesn't like the ramp!)
They give great honest advice with food purchases and with leads and toys too. Highly recommend this business.

Store is always reasonably well stocked (even with the current supply issues), and staff very friendly. Highly recommend this store - have been shopping there for many years.

A quiet day in the store but refreshingly lots of staff present when we were looking to buy a couple of fish for my sons birthday. Staff seemed to actively avoid eye contact/interaction, 3 behind the counter with no customers to serve at one point and the only lady that came near us kept her head down and went straight by. If it wasn't for my son would have walked out. A young man eventually appeared from the back of the store and was very informative and helpful leading to a sale.

We went into Animates Silverdale a few months back with our new puppy to get a few toys and a bed and food etc -
We found the staff very friendly & ever so helpful - giving us good advice dealing with puppies toilet training & some eating habits -
The shop is always buzzing with people & their dogs coming & going whether they are there to purchase items or just to have a chat with the staff & get some friendly advise-
I found it was really a great place & safe place to take puppy to get use to people & other dogs - before he went out in the big wide world exploring the parks & beaches -
