When it came to selling my rental property, I got valuations from different agencies but chose to go with Anne Duncan agency as they're know as local experts, and my agent Annette seemed very competent and knowledgable. Annette exceeded my expectations, both with her handling of the entire process (100% hassle free, dealing with tenants directly to organise viewings, and even organising a plumber to sort out a small issue, plus excellent updates and reports) and the end result. Visited a few open homes hosted by the owner and have found this lady to be very unprofessional, arrogant and snobby. She did not come across as knowing a lot even simple questions. She certainly has a bit of attitude answering your inquiry. Felt very uncomfortable asking for any information relating to the houses we saw. Despite some of the houses are quite decent I would not imagine having a good experience dealing with the agent. I will certainly not approach them for any business in the future.

I have had my rental with Anne Duncan Real estate for over 3 years now. Renting is rarely all roses. While doing a good job to avoid problems they still arise. What sets them apart in my experience is their ownership of problems that arise and doing their best to fix them. The best real estate company I have dealt with so far.

I Have had two awful experiences 3 years apart dealing with Anne Duncan directly. Firstly I was told "We would never rent a house to someone like you" then three years later when I applied for another listing I was basically told not to bother because they had more suitable candidates.

Rented with these guys. Overall experience was fine until getting bond back. They took something like $400 for a tiny amount of vinyl damage, carpets which were as clean as they were when we arrived despite reasonable amount of wear - I thought they were obliged to give us an opportunity to deal with that ourselves, not that there was anything to deal with, and the lawns. That's abuse of position to extract money unfairly in my books.

Would not deal with them again.
