1 Nathan was pretty good at first. Came out straight away to try and fix a leak in our roof. Replaced a cracked tile and said if that didn't work he'd need to come back and take part of the roof off for a better look.
The new tile didn't fix our issue and when I contacted him to get him to come back he began to be vague about when he could come over and then uncommunicative.
Apparently roofers are in hot demand at the moment and I guess he decided my job now wasn't worth his time. I actually would have been ok with that if he had been upfront about it. It seems common across the roofing industry to simply not reply if they don't have time for your job.
I ended up finding another local guy who was upfront about what needed to be done and when he could realistically fit our job in.
