Apollo Kitchen Bathroom

We paid for a kitchen in October and have had nothing but excuses and no contact from Apollo Kitchens. Now the phone numbers listed for them are going unanswered. We are left out of pocket and with no kitchen!

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation and found Sharon and the team at Apollo really good. Working around some difficult limitations they helped us design a wonderfully practical, attractive and affordable new kitchen. Everything was delivered on time and installed without a worry. We would recommend them to anyone.

So far been really positive with the customer service we received every time we dropped in, they have designed and adjusted the kitchen plans for us. Special Thanks to Joe for making the recent changes to make it look more balance and being so extremely helpful. Really appreciate it. The kitchen cabinets looks good and is functional. Thanks also to Amy who gave so many helpful suggestions and alternatives when things don't go as planned. Highly recommend them.

Problems with covid didn't help. Very long wait on veneer to finish off cupboards. Rough finish on cuts. Difficulty communicating with installers. Not turning up when arranged, telephone call would have been nice. Piece installed upside down. Tap placed on wrong side. Otherwise it was good.

We had kitchen and bathroom renovation with Apollo team last 2 years ago, and we still are very happy with that, now we bought the new house and once again we wanted to renovation bathroom and kitchen, we didn't have to think to much and waste our time to compare the quotation with other companies.we went straight to contact Apollo team. I'm fully trust the team can delivery good service and good price.and I'm excited and cant wait for my new bathroom and new kitchen done in next few week.thanks Mathew and team

Apollo installed our stone benches 7 years ago and we have been really happy with the outcome. A little while ago we noticed a small crack developing in the bench due to faulty stone. After some negotiation, Apollo replaced the benches under warranty. Thanks Amy, York and Lee - its so good to have that quality assurance built into your products

Ours was a bit of difficult project trying to square an almost hexagonal kitchen. James patiently heard our requirements and offered his best advice. Never ever use this kitchen maker, I promise it will be the best decision you’ll ever made. Delayed time, bad quality and slow response!

Don’t trust them! They don’t know what they are doing. Installer cannot make cabinets level, big gaps everywhere. Doors cannot be closed, handles are missing and they kept me waiting for an extra month to finish the job!

Highly recommend Apollo Kitchens. We just had our kitchen installed and we are so inlove with it! Definitely value for money and exceptional quality too - highly recommend.

Excellent value for money. Good quality mid to upper kitchens. Very patient with getting the design locked down and go that extra mile to make clients happy. Renovations are always tough so it helps when you have an honest team to work with.

I cannot praise Apollo’s team enough for the professional advice and quality service they provided. Even though I got the kitchen at a good price they stood behind their product and commitments 100%. This has to be the worse kitchen company ever. We have had more than 10 deliveries of damaged doors and still the kitchen is not complete.
Please don’t buy from this company. Had to ask for a number of items to be replaced due to poor quality. Wait time on replacements was crazy. Absolutely shocking customer service. Without doubt, the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had to endure.

If you’re thinking about buying a kitchen from Apollo, don’t. It would be quicker to build one by yourself from scratch.

I was a successful bidder on a Trademe auction for a kitchen with Apollo. I cannot praise them enough for the professional advice and quality service they provided. Even though I got the kitchen at a good price they stood behind their product and commitments
100%. They were quick to respond to any communications and stood by any issues even if it cost them financially. Would thoroughly recommend using Apollo for your next kitchen.
