Awesome service. Their online response to my enquiry was fast and it turns out their online diagnosis of the pump problem was spot on too. Replaced the worn part with a refurbished second hand part (good for the wallet and the environment) and now it’s running sweetly!

Michael and Emma came to our home to update our pump, replace our hotwater cylinder and upgrade the corresponding electrical work. Firstly Steve's original site visit was terrific where he offered suggestions. Then his quote was very reasonable. When Michael and Emma arrived to carry out the work, well their service and professionalism was outstanding. We can't praise them enough. I would recommend this company anytime! This type of excellent service has become hard to find these days, thank you to all involved.

Four filters changed for our water tanks. Fantastic customer service and advise. Auckland is currently in level 4 lockdown and the guys were proactive in making sure all appropriate measures were taken. Thanks again Aqua Works. See you next year.

Steve installed our pump & UV light some 6 years ago now and Karl comes to do the servicing. In summer, the pump stopped working. Steve responded sharply and came out v quickly. Whew. It was due to the drought and the ground shrinking - cracked a valve. It was great to have someone knowledgeable and experienced in these matters attending. Both are always on time or else communicative when running late. They go about their job professionally, leave things tidy and always do a good job. We are happy with their service and will keep using them. We can highly recommend them.

Had under bench water installed by Shane. Excellent work and friendly person. Would use Aqua again. Fresh clean water out of tap to drink, wonderful.

Had these guys install a system to remove the chlorine and water spotting at our new home. Best thing ever as the Snells Beach water is pretty awful.
