Contacted on a Thursday arvo about an urgent issue with water and wanting to drop a water test sample in Friday am. Was emailed and advised ' don't do anything' until our technician calls you so I expected a phone call reasonably soon. No reply so I phoned them on Friday arvo and spoke to a lady who told me that the technician hadn't called me as they were busy, told me I could go and arrange my own water testing perhaps after being advised not to do anything. Frustrating as I probably could have got the sample off to the lab sooner If I was advised this initially. Just had a call from the technician now after the long weekend (Anzac day was Monday) 11: 30 am approx, have sorted it since then with another supplier.

Would not recommend this company or their commercial grade PRF RO filter. Customer informed consent prior to purchase and customer satisfaction of their products is NOT their priority. Once purchased they will not refund despite being mis-informed by their original technician about the capability and use of their commercial grade Pentair RO PRF. Bought product 5 months of ago and still trying to get refund for past 4 months. With numerous issues post installation and no accountability.

Please control your sale rep. Not to be dangerous driver holding hand while driving and cutting people off with change from turn right to left immediately. Respected other people on the road if could not or don't know how to drive properly do not. Drive! "MHH380" be aware!

Useless at returning phone calls. Job to put hot water system in wasn't put in totally correct. It took way too long as well. Plumber took our water filter tap that was originally there before hot water system was put in, what a mission to get it back. Wished I had never gone with this company.
