5Can not rate Steve from Archer Plumbing Solutions highly enough. He is very professional, reliable, punctual and most importantly extremely thorough. I could tell that the job undertaken was done to an exceptionally high standard. Thank you Steve, we will be using you as our regular plumber / gas fitter from now on.
We found Archer Plumbing super responsive. Our ancient hot water cylinder finally let go, causing a bit of an issue. Steve was at our place within a few hours and had a new cylinder installed by the evening. He followed up the next day to check everything was working as expected.
Steve gave clear information, options and pricing for the repairs needed. Felt confident and secure with his professionalism. He indicated how much time would be needed and completed job within that time. Excellent service, cost and time was appropriate. Would recommend and use this service again.
Steve organised a new hot water cylinder with a day's notice - very impressed at how quick he installed it. He took the old cylinder away and left everything clean.
Steve came out at short notice to replace our hot water cylinder which had developed a leak. His price was very reasonable and he left everything tidy. Would recommend.
