Wow. So impressed with these people. We have an outstanding framework job it looks amazing. And they also repaired a large framed photo for us. The price was also a very pleasant surprise. Really recommend these guys.

I have had a number of pieces of artwork framed by Artmount and cannot speak highly enough about their expertise and work.

A number were prints which were relatively straight forward but some were old original oil pieces. They worked through the options with me with good insights and recommendations and I could not be happier with the end results.

At all times they were professional warm and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You cannot go wrong with these people.

Artmount and Framing helped me with 9 frames of photos and sports events medals and they did an excellent job. There was real thoughfulness and care in the design and layout of each of the frames, as well as great customer service from Dixie and the team. Thoroughly recommend their service.

I wanted to print and frame an illustration for my nephew, Artmount and Framing have been really helpful

These guys are wonderful. The service and quality are always impeccable. I have been a customer for over ten years now, and always love the chats and great advice as well as the awesome results they produce.

Went to this place this morning to get some certificates framed. The woman who served me didn’t even ask what I want to do before she says “When do you need these by? ”. She seemed quite impatient and agitated when she said it. I actually wasn’t concerned about when I would get them so I said “next week some time? ” without wanting to put any pressure on. Her next comment is “Sorry we can’t help you, we’re too busy, you should try somewhere else”. I couldn’t believe my ears! I said “I didn’t care when I got them back, but you’ve made me feel like you don’t want my business so I’ll go elsewhere”. Then on my way out she is turning to her colleagues and saying “oh my god”. My suggestion to this company: Instead of insulting your loyal customers (I’ve been using their services for 15 years) and treating them like cattle, maybe you should do some work on your attitude/approach because you obviously haven’t thought about it very much! I recall being treated rudely at this company before and they are certainly not shy when it comes to their pricing - I will take their excellent advice and go elsewhere!

NOTE: the response you read below (which starts with "I'm sorry" and finishes telling me I'm "not a grown man") illustrates the attitude of the management perfectly and does not attempt to address any of the issues outlined above which lead to this situation. I re-iterate that not at any time did I insist that the job be completed within a certain time-frame, and if I seemed angry on my way out it was certainly not how I felt when I arrived!
