2 In 2018 I employed the services of AS Jacobs Ltd on the recommendation of a reputable Law firm, to do a building survey on a commercial building with weather-tight issues.
Their scope of work was comprehensive:
- identifying the under lying causes,
- removing samples for analysing
- liase with my legal team as expert witness's to a successful litigation process.
- tender for a building contract
- architectural design
- building consents etc
- Project management
- all legal aspects
- build completion, CCC etc
Jake, Graham, Jason and the whole team at AS Jacobs were professional, dedicated and committed throughout the whole project.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and speak personally to any third party regarding my project and AS Jacobs involvement in the successful completion of the project.
